My visit was truly a pleasant experience. Dr. Purna Chandra took time to explain everything clearly, making even complex points easy to understand. I am dissatisfied with the Revive Clinic staff, Doctor and Practo services. Hospital staff said Dr is available before 15 mins prior to my appointment. However the Dr did not come to clinic and I have waited for an hour and doctors mobile switched off for that entire on hour. Finally I took my child to another dermatologist in chandanagar.
No one is responsible neither clinic staff, Doctor or Practo and there is no customer care services for Practo to inform this Situation.
I suggest everyone never believe in Practo and their appointments because I faced this situation twice. One with Greetha Madhuri on 14th morning and she refuses for consultation due to an emergency and on the same day evening Purna chandra denied her duty by switching off her mobile.

I suffer with skin allergy on hands , legs and stomach every winter. Went to Dr. Deepthi , chandanagar twice but she gave a temporary relief medication and she has very bad listening skills.This year again i faced the same issue. Heard of revive multi speciality clinic so booked an
appointment with Dr. Purna chandra. She was on time to clinic. Listened to me very patiently and well spoken. Gave a good medication. Now im
feeling very good. Allergy is cured. Want to meet her again and thank her. I recommend her to everyone.
Dr Purna Chandra treated my father for statis dermatitis and her treatment was very effective. She gave the right care at the right time and supported us throughout. The clinic staff were supportive and the overall experience was good.

She understands everything with one glace at the patient. She explains everything very clearly and very friendly. Even if patient doesn't understand, Purna garu wont hesitate to explain everything the second time or even the third time. Rarely we get such doctors.
