My experience with Dr Neelam Prasad, is life changing! I had an acute pancreatitis episode on my chronic pancreatitis. I was admitted in ICU of National Liver & Gastro Hospital. It was almost 15 days from then my pain was not getting managed and in parallel hepatic enzymes were increasing in leaps and bounced. Since Doctor could not determine from CT the cause of hepatic abuse, MRCP was proposed. That’s the time I had taken a sharp decision to hand this case over to Dr Prasad. Decisión of surgical management procedure from doctor was quick and precise. The entire process took care of Pancreas head coring, CBD exploration and bypass, and gall bladder removal. Hospitalisation started on 20th Dec and surgery was performed on 22nd of Dec.Such a long surgery was done within 3.5 hours, with no leaks and no ventilation support. He gave me a new life. Today when I am writing this review, I am on the 20th day after OT. Got released from hospital. If you love your life and want to get rid of issues from pancreatitis, biliary system, colorectal issues, don’t give a second thought to give your life saving call to Dr Prasad Neelam garu..

He is too Good in understanding problem and suggestioning right ways.I am happy with Doctors response.

He is a very good doctor. Because he has just checked online report and give us full explanation on call. In Kolkata we have shown reports to 3-4 big hospital doctors by appointment but they did not respond very well.Operation done by the Dr. Prasad Neelam sir. I have visited to lots of hospitals and so many doctors but they ask for deposit but in his hospital they never asked for deposit which is very good thing to be noticed and their staff is also very good and friendly with patients as well as patients family.

I do not recommend Dr. Prasad Neelam as he was unavailable at the hospital on the day of my appointment.

My grandmother underwent a serious Radical Antegrade Modular Pancreatosplenectomy surgery, brilliantly and successfully done by Dr. Prasad Neelam garu back in March, 2023. Nearly a year later new and unwanted complications grew up due to some internal bleeding and abscess problems . Again she had to face the OT atmosphere and Dr. Prasad garu, as usual, did his job justly. This was in February, 2024. The second case was a laparoscopy with high risks. Doctor loves to take challenges and his knowledge, combined with artist-like craft on surgery, solves those challenges. Not to forget his friendly, frank and soothing attitude towards patient. Dr Prasad Neelam treated me for a perianal abscess earlier this month. I had noticed the abscess about 3 months ago and had been prescribed a few rounds of antibiotics but the condition did not improve at other hospital. I finally made an appointment with him through referral where he quickly diagnosed and clearly explained what I was suffering from, and the best course of treatment. Within the next day I was warded and prepped for surgery. I recommend this doctor as they were patient, friendly, and clear in explaining and treating patients well

Woke up one morning with an infected cyst on my back, made a call to the clinic at 10am and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Prasad at noon, who had it removed by the evening. All this was done despite it being the eve of a public holiday! The staff are super friendly, highly efficient, and very organised. Special thanks to Dr. Prasad garu for seeing my at such short notice, and his team for settling my insurance so I didn’t have to pay anything post-hospitalisation, and for delivering the meds to me in the evening before my operation, and also answering the questions I had over the phone despite it being a public holiday.10/10! I was in great pain in September last year where in I was avoiding a long time issue around my anus area and I was avoiding it constantly and did not pay any heed. Eventually the pain grew so much and a continuous pus was found there. I decided to visit Dr. Prasad Neelam. The moment he examined my condition thoroughly and suggested to go for Fistula surgery further without any delay. The surgery was done in 20-25 minutes and was carried out very smoothly , judiciously and with attention to detail. He guided me rightly to get surgery done as soon as possible.
