I was in terrible pain due to anal fissure for the past 4 years. I literally lost myself with pain & discomfort. I couldn't eat properly due to loss of appetite and as such lost almost 10 kg. I've visited almost all the so called super specialty hospitals for the treatment. But I didn't get any satisfaction & continued suffering. Had several pain killers, followed home remedies with strict diet(non-spicy food). Occasionally, I felt better but the issue again bounced back due to some or the other reason. Then I came across Practo.com and through that I came in contact with Dr.Parthasarathy G. Based on reviewing several feedback's, I consulted him in yashoda hospital, Somajiguda, hyderabad. After examining the condition, he advised me to go for surgery. After hearing his genuine suggestion, I've undergone the surgery called "Lateral internal sphincterotomy" under spinal anaesthesia 4 weeks go for healing my fissure. The operation was done very well by Dr.Parthasarathy G and his dedicated team. Now post surgery, I feel like I have been restored to a normal life again. To my surprise, there is no risk of incontinence and I did not experience any fissure pain. As a result, I am able to eat normal food.

It was wonderful experience with Dr.Parthasarathy G, a highly professional surgeon. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the surgery and treatment he suggested and later performed. I am very much thankful to Dr.Parthasarathy G & his entire team for their help & support. The only regret that I have is why didn't I visit him earlier. In spite my family Homoeopathy Doctor Vishwanath, Bangalore had continuously been advising me to get my bi-inguinal hernia fixed by surgery, I postponed it for almost 10 months. Finally, when I started feeling a bit discomfort, decided to consult Dr. Parthasarathy G, a Surgical Gastroenterologist and specialist in Laparoscopic Surgery at Yashoda Hospital, Somajiguda.

We've already had very positive experience with Dr. Parthasarathy G for treating my brother for his abdominal hernia and gall bladder removal surgeries.

We had almost more than half an hour consulting, through which he tried to find out the root cause for my situation. Referred for UroFlowMetry test, which has shown very poor flow results. Dr. Parthasarathy elaborated all the reasons which could cause Hernia, in my case, the bladder neck being very narrow, I used to apply pressure without any of my notice to clear the bladder and also with impression of it as normal. He made me understand that the hernia operation might not stand success for long if Bladder Neck was not opened to create the normal urine flow. This wouldn't have been possible without extracting and analysing my answers for the queries he shot at me. He almost diagnosed the cause but only to confirm, referred to a Urologist Dr. Surya Prakash to identify the block: bladder or neck or something else. The culprit is Bladder neck and Dr. Surya Prakash clarified all our queries regarding BNI (Bladder Neck Incision) and post effects, confirming his availability to perform BNI along with Hernia.

Having all this knowledge fed well, we requested Dr. Parthasarathy to schedule the operation on April 20th. The laparoscopic surgery/surgeries went well and I have two meshes (left and right) set in in my groin/inguinal regions. Now I have no hernia humps and the urine flow is unbroken and pressure-free.

Post the surgery, the true reason for writing this note of thanks after more than two months’ time is only to provide the transparent experience and result felt. We also thank Dr. Sudheer for his best coordination and keeping us aware of all procedures and care.

I play badminton daily. I resumed my sport after one and half months my surgery ( though Dr. Parthasarathy advised to resume bicycling and sport  ) , now it feels normal as good as before I had surgery.

Finally, I cannot stop praising Dr. Parthasarathy G for his patience, diagnostic approach and thorough professionalism. His friendliness and word of assurance definitely a big plus and makes patients feel relieved. Hats off Sir.

On 26th December 2017 from 2.00 PM I had abdominal pain and right side abdominal tenderness in the Stomach and had vomiting at around 8.00 PM. My wife and Son advised to go to hospital and had been to Yashodha Hospital at Somajiguda, Hyderabad on 26th night immediately. The diagnosis indicated, it was due to Symptomatic Cholelithiasis + Ventral Hernia with SAIO after necessary tests on 26th night and 27th.

All pre-operative tests were done under the guidance of Dr. Parthasarathy G, who is Surgical Gastroenterologist and specialist in Laparoscopic surgery. I was advised to undergo surgery and was operated on 28th December 2017 by Dr. Parthasarathy G and his Assistant surgeon Dr.Sudheer, Anaesthetist, Dr. Vasudev.

The surgery was done “Lap.Mesh hernioplasty (TPOM) + Cholecystectomy + Laparoscopic adhesiolysi done under GA”, where hernia correction by arranging mesh and removal of Gall bladder were done.

The recovery after surgery was very fast and I was discharged on 31st December 2017. Now I am feeling very comfortable.

I cannot forget the interaction with Dr. Parthasarathy G and his assistant, Dr. Sudheer. Dr. Sudheer updated everything as per the advice of Dr. Parthasarathy before surgery on 27th as Dr. Parthasarathy was away from Hyderabad in medical camp. Dr. Parthasarathy made a visit at around 7.30 PM on 27th and explained everything in detail, how he is going to perform the surgery and priorities during surgery. It has brought immense faith and confidence in me.

Surgery was performed on 28th and Dr. Parthasarathy explained that surgery went very well even though it was major surgery with complication. Further he assured that he will take care and nothing to worry. I have taken everything in positive spirit and recovered very fast. Now everything is fine and smooth. I am feeling normal and started attending my duty. Post operative care by nursing staff and others was very good.

I feel that Dr. Parthasarathy G, is a perfect doctor who explains and develops faith & confidence before surgery which are very important for any patient. The assurance after surgery and encouragement make the patient recover very fast. Dr.Parthasarathy is a perfect doctor who has excellent qualities of good appearance, expression, developing faith, confidence and care.

When I understood that I was having the inguinal Hernia, I searched the relevant details on internet and I found the Videos on Youtube uploaded by Dr. Parthasarathy, who is a Surgical Gastroenterologist and specialist in Laparoscopic Surgery, very informative and decided to consult him at KIMS Hospital, Minister Road, Secunderabad. .

Initially, I was checked by one of his team Doctors / Surgeons and after undergoing necessary tests such as ultrasound scan etc., my first meeting with Dr. Parthasarathy was fixed on 13.07.2023. We had almost half an hour consulting, through which he thoroughly examined and he observed that the Hydrocel (right) I had (though it was not large) is also to be repaired. He has also explained that though the situation is not alarming, the surgery need to be undertaken at an early date and the necessity of such surgery and the advantages of laparoscopic surgery. He was very patient in explaining all the relevant details to the and in answering our queries.

The treatment was beyond the expectation and hospital, nurse service was very good.

When I met doctor for the first consultaion,I was explained what my situation is and after diagnosing that my hernia is too big, I was expecting that I have to undergo a major surgery. Usually in my case, im supposed to have surgery.

Fortunately, doctor mentioned that I have nothing to worry about and will go with the laparoscopic repair which is very minor surgery and showed me the pictures how it looks after repair and assured that i can go back home the very next day and ready to get back to work in 2 days.
