Having Nida ma'am as my therapist is like having a best friend with professional expertise.She helped me through my depression, made me trust myself again, and helped me gain confidence. I am a better version of myself now and I just can't thank her enough!

I visited Nida ma'am concerning my mental well being.I had depression.She was very effective in recognizing my problems and strengths.She instilled in me courage to fight my issues.She also helped me to rebuild my confidence.Moreover,she is very friendly and never forced me to reveal things that I was not comfortable with.She has also reached out to me in emergency situations.I strongly recommend her.

Dr.Nida has been very patient with me. Although it took her quite a while to understand my state of mind, she completely understood my state of mind considering everything I've been through and she's of great help to me to connect with my inner emotions which I had become numb to.
