I was suffering from GERD from 10 months and couldn't get any relief after 10 doctor consultation, 50 tests, 100 medicines from 10 different hospitals. But with 1 endoscopy test, Dr. Praneeth had identified the issue and resolved the problem. I booked an appointment at 3:30 p.m. I went to the hospital before 10 minutes. When I went to the hospital, the doctor was not in his cabin. I wait for more than an hour. Finally, he came and saw 2 patients.After I went inside the cabin, at that time he made a call to the staff and said, Stop OP's for today; I want to go by 4 p.m. He didn't even see my face when I was explaining my problem. My consultation ended in just 3 to 4 minutes. When I book the appointment, it shows 600, but they asked 700 at reception.
