Doctor will not listen to you properly, I had a hydrocele surgery after the surgery he didn't came to hospital to visit next day instead he instructions on phone and gave prescription to the nursing staff. And when went to follow up consultation ** ****** **** ******** *********there is no proper communication.I still get pain sometimes. my problem is not solved yet. I won't recommend this doctor.
I'm writing this review from hospital itself, waiting for doctor almost from 2hrs. Practo promises 15 mins wait time but after 1.5hrs also doctor is not available. Now I need to leave from here coz doctor said he is bzy. I called many times to customer care but they said doctor is on the way. Such a negligence from Practo and doctor.
My overall experience with Practo care surgery was good and they took care of everything at each and every step. Dr Ilyas was so good, he made me feel comfortable, explained everything about the surgery clearly and treated me like a family. The hospital and the hospital staff were good. I would recommend Practo care and Dr Ilyas to my contacts.
