1) Doctor was not available for treatment. We saw doctor coming to clinic around 6 pm, when we were leaving. When asked about the timings of clinic and person who was examining the patient, she said she is not Dr Vijaya, Dr is still on the way. On Practo the appointment is shown under Dr.Vijaya's name only.
2) the consultation fees is 300 as mentioned on Practo, however we were asked to pay 500 for consultancy. When enquired about this, we were told that 300 is before COVID-19 and after COVID-19 charges has been increased to 500. **** **** *** ****** ***** *** ****** ** ****** **** ** ******* ******* **** ***** ******** ****** *** ******* ****
We denied to pay 500 as it is mentioned 300 on Practo.
Still we paid total of 1500 rs..ie. 300 consultation fees plus 1200 for scaling..300 rs is in vain because Dr. Vijaya was not available. If Dr was not available for consultancy, can you refund the consultation charges.

Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi garu and the entire staff are treating patients with atmost patience and explains necessary instructions clearly to the patient. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
