I underwent scar treatment and PRP for hair with Dr. Venu Kumari. While the PRP was okay, there was no noticeable improvement in my skin scars despite multiple sessions and spending around 1.5 lakhs. The staff was professional, but I didn’t feel supported during the treatment, and the results were disappointing.

I went to Dr. Venus on 7/7/18 for Hair-loss. After enter in to doctors room, She just look at my head and scalp with torch. asked three questions i.e 1.when did your hair fall start ? A: 8 years 2.do you feel itchy? A: NO3. do you have any sexual relations A: No
then suddenly she wrote "Skin biopsy Test" to determine which disease it is. and said I had to come 3 days after to take my skin. I went again after 3 days for test.
After 12 days of waiting... I got call said that they have my reports. I went to hospital very rashly from office to know what is cause of my hair fall. After seeing report I got shock... the repost said "probably" I have critical alopecia.
I don't know what is mean of probably!! I went to Dr.Venu Kamari with reports after seeing that reports she said, I have to talk with Lab people as they mention nothing in it and we will inform after 2 days.
waited 4 days no call from hospital, then I called to ask status, the girl on phone said we did't get your report yet. same answer for my 3 calls.
waited 3 more days, and called today. She said yet reports not come we will call.
For test I have give my 3cmX3cm skin on my head with lot of blood, and paid 2000/- for test and taken 4 days tablets for pain.. this is all just for sake of nothing ... !!!!
