That was December 2017, firstly i got operated(allopathic) for pilonidal sinus problem. Initially it was fine but on the long run(4-5 months) , the problem got raised again. Then i just browsed across internet about this issue, after which I've found many people are facing the same.

Then i came across this treatment KSHARA-SUTRA (ayurvedic) . Initially i was a bit tensed to get into ayurvedic treatment because that was my first attempt in ayurveda. But i felt the treatment was very appropriate *** ** ***** **** **** **** **** ******** ** ********** Later, I've searched for ayurvedic hospitals nearby my home, lingampally, hyd.

I've consulted 3 doctors in this field, among whom I've found Dr. Venkateswarlu most promising.

Finally on 5th December 2018 i got operated with kshara-sutra method. The tough task was post-operation (to change the medicated thread),which was finely handled by doctor. I felt very comfortable in asking questions and sir replied for the same with great patience. Even though i went to my university before completing the whole dressing course, doctor was accessible through WhatsApp which i felt the best quality of a doctor in recent times. After 2-3 months (depends on individual) of post - operation wound got totally healed up. And there is no reoccurrence till now. This is the best option, go with it.

I am Rachala Shanker, 53 years old. I had been suffering from fistula since 2022. In August 2022, I underwent a laser surgery, but unfortunately, I did not recover even from day one. I am working as a SW Engineer, in Hyderabad. I was suffering with fissures. I had consulted many doctors but was not satisfied. I was searching for other Good doctors. When I Dr Venkateswarlu he has examined and advised next treatment and surgery resolved the files issue , it took 30 minutes or so. I was suffering from Pilonidal Sinus for 5 years. It was painful. I was without symptoms for some days then it recurred with Pain and swelling. It was very uncomfortable and impacted my quality of life. I was on antibiotics like Amoxycillin. But it gave me temporary relief. I went to many doctors but it doesn't help me.
