Dr. Venkatesh Billakanti

I have taken my father for diabetes, acute GE treatment plus my wife for frequent throat infections. Every time whenever I visit Dr.Venkatesh, he is outstanding at his treatment, medications, and also takes time in explanation of the issue along with preventive care and gives sufficient time for patients for any clarifications/doubts. His team at Relief, manikonda also does a commendable job in letting patients know about thier next follow ups similar to abroad. One more thing which I would highlight here is the prescription. Unlike other prescriptions, Dr.Venkatesh prescription is crisp and clear and there is no chance for patient to think about timings etc. As everything is s/w generated which is an indication of next gen practices. Kudos Dr.

Best thing about Venkatesh garu is he first patiently listened to my complaints. Then explained me what’s wrong on my reports, why it’s happening, how to mitigate it and then prescribed medicine. Explained the details of each item on prescription clearly and future action plan for next visit.

Great listener and gives quality time during the consultation unlike others who rushed patients to attend many.

I have been consulting Dr. Venkatesh Billakanti for the last 4 years in both Continental and now in Relief clinic, mostly for fever treatment. He has always diagnosed the illness well and suggested the right medication. I have found him quite good and I have always trusted his diagnosis. I always search for Dr Billakanti's free slot on practo/Relief Clinix/ Continental whenever I have to consult a general physician.One thing where experience can be improved is the wait time for patient. Often, I had to wait 30 mins to 1 hr, after having prior appointment in both continental and Relief clinic. And one suggestion is to think about reducing consultation fee for patients who visit him frequently .. :)
