I did not meet Dr. Syeda Maimona Firdous but consulted another doctor who was good and addressed my concerns well. The staff and the eye checkup process were good and explained clearly. However, I was not satisfied with the optical section's response and pricing, so I got my glasses made elsewhere. Overall, I would rate the experience 4 out of 5.
