Dr. Sushma

The experience with doctor is good, but the SIMS hospital is worst as there is none responding properly with patient. They don't have any scanning machines, They send to other hospital after 3hours waiting, they lied me by saying ambulance is coming waith for 10mins. Actually they don't have any ambulance and finally after reaching other hospital (Ray Digonistcs (RD) we wait till 6pm. I didn't eat any thing till the Ultra-Sound scan is done. Worst experience with both hospitals. I never recommend to visit this SIMS hospital.

I highly recommend Dr. Sushma for women's health checkups and overall well-being. She is highly professional and listens to patients' problems with great patience. Her dedication to providing comprehensive care and her compassionate approach make her an exceptional healthcare provider.

One of the really bad experiences that I have had at any Doctor booked via Practo. The Doctor has no concept of punctuality, arriving at 9.30 AM for an appointment booked at 9 AM, and then making me wait an additional half hour. The staff is severely ill equipped to handle patients. None of the staff speak proper Hindi or English and hence we were left to understand whatever broken words they used to explain why the doctor was taking too long. For the second appointment, on witnessing similar behaviour, we walked out of the hospital.

My wife visited this hospital for heavy stomach cramps, *** ****** ***** ****** **** **** **** ** ********** *** ******* Nurses are very immature and ameteurish. They seemed to be not properly trained, They were struggling to give an injection properly. The charges for inpatient are also abnormal and inconsistent.

Doctor is very good,

but pharmacy they got in that hospital

Is very bad and reckless people.they are selling samples even worst thing is selling with marginal expiry date.

They gave a priscribed tonic for my pregnant wife which is a sample and Yet to expire in 4 weeks.

Dr.P.Sushma Madam is very good for Patient Health .She take very much care on patients.She is taking very much care on my wife(B.Prathibha).She respond with patients very friendly .In Hospital everything is very good .We satisfied and recommending for best treatment SIMS Hospital. This is the one of the best Hospital in Serilingampally.

I have been consulting Dr.Sushma for all my general health problems for the last 5 years. She is very friendly, highly qualified and experienced Gynecologist.she always diagnose the problem very easily and prescribe very minimum and correct medicines.I strongly recommend her for all gynic problems, pregnancy and general medicine treatments.

My mother has undergone a minor surgery at this hospital for preventing excessive bleeding *** ************* ** ******* It has been almost six months from the date of surgery *** ***** ** ** *********** **** ***** using the prescribed medication in a timely manner. Also, when we consult the doctor regarding the same the response is not satisfactory.

She is fantastic doctor , specially in gynecology related problems she is best and with lot of patience, she explained so clearly like a sister to my sister.

For my wife , for pregnancy related questions,she answered all questions with lots of care.

We are regularly visiting doctor , day to day our respect towards her is growing immensely

Very bad.... it seems someone ( I came to know that her name is Kumari) from staff using Dr Sushma name and checking patients.... I visited the hospital yesterday and experience was very bad.... I am not happy with the treatment at all.... it reduces the hospital good will....
