The way they have performed the operation extremely good without any problem or complications. Today also I had gone for filling of my cavities in Teeth they also done very nicely without any pain. Further, the staff of your hospital is also doing very good job madam in maintaining relationship/rapport and courtesy and behaviour with the patients. It is very interesting that they inform us in advance the appointment day & time accordingly we are also planning to come as per schedule so as to enable us to get treatment timely without wasting time and also I observed that your are very prompt in maintaining times without giving any scope to patients for waiting.

The norms you're following for COVID excellently well, 1) before entering they are checking temperature, So2 Saturation 2) supplying musks, PPE kits as a precaution to avoid pandemic virus. 3 ) the premises inside Hospital is maintaining very neatly and with high Standards with hygiene. The equipments which you are using very latest technology and very precision . I am really impressed by the way you treated me with meticulous care and post care instructions.

The prices you're charging for my treatment is less when compared to other Dental Hospitals in Hyderabad.

If any of myfriends / relations are with Dental problems , I advise them to go to SMILINE Hospital only to have better treatment with team of qualified doctors under Dr Sunitha Garu.

I have associated with Smiline from 2014 onwards and fully satisfied with their procedures, Treatments and explanations. Their appointments followups, arrangements and fliexibilities are commandable. As a HOD she will review all the patient files and definately she will ensure to meet once every patient.

I have known Dr. Sunitha for 20 years and have always received neat treatment from her. The clinic environment is good, and overall, I am very satisfied with her care.

During the year 2012 I visited Smiline Dental Hospital with a complaint to set right a couple of teeth disjointed in my upper jaw. I happened to consult Dr N Sunita. She advised me that as an immediate remedy a bridge could be provided but observed that the teeth were weak and needed further attention in due course. She hinted that the best remedy could be implants and fixtures. At that time I realized that the Hospital facilities were excellent. I decided that I could safely rely on this Hospital for my dental treatment. Five years later, on 27 April 2017, I visited the Hospital again considering the possibility of holistic improvement to my teeth. It was again Dr Sunita who examined and advised me on various possibilities and the costs thereof. She recommended implants and fixtures. I had impression that the implant was a long drawn out treatment I would have to face inconvenience of going teeth-less for a long time. Dr Sunita corrected my impression and advised that the whole process of implants could be completed and temporary dentures could be fixed in a matter of few days. It would take 2 to 3 months for the implants to set. I went through the procedure and the implants were placed in 3 days and temporary dentures in 5 days. Doctor Sunita has been very kind and has shown great concern to alleviate the pain during the placement. I did not have any discomfort.

Over all the service was really good. I have already recommended my friends for implants from UK and Australia. Mam was really good on what she does and really take extreme care of the patient. I can only comment once I finish the whole treatment currently implants are infused. So the service is good I can highly recommend for implants.

My case was I have boneloss on front teeth still mam tried to place implant with extreme care not causing damage to the bone using bone grafting technique. She also considered my travel dates and accomodated the treatment. Patient priority for them.

The extraction doctor has real good patience and good explanations skills. I forgot his name 😀.

Areas of Improvement

I would expect if detailed explanation provided for the rootcause of the condition and few admin activities need to be improved like payments,appointments to the near by branches. Overall its really good service. A bit of training required for the admin team. 😀🤗.

Dr. Sunitha and her staff were highly professional and devoted. The hospital was very clean, and I received excellent dental treatment at an affordable price. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

The doctor provided proper care and treatment, and the clinic maintained very good hygiene with the latest equipment. She explained the treatment clearly and answered all my questions.
