Dr. Sruthi Gondi

My visit with Dr. Sruthi Gondi was very positive and reassuring. She was patient, listened carefully, and explained the treatment plan clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable. I highly recommend her as a ************* *** compassionate doctor.

Overall the experience was really satisfactory and i was told that i was at second stage of male pattern baldness and my age is 19. I have 3 more Questions many doctors at other clinics said that one or two sessions of PRP is enough for satisfactory results and do not need 8 sessions but i got recommended for 8 sessions is there a specific reason for that?

2nd question: It is related to the first question it is said that as you keep doing the prp sessions your scalp gets used to the treatment and becomes tolerant towards the treatment hence the treatment becomes less effective over the time so I thought there should be greater gaps between each session then said [this is not only based on my opinion. It is also mentioned by other doctors about the tolerance and should have greater gaps between each session after completion of the treatment for the maintenance]. So my scalp wouldn’t grow tolerance that easily and at early to the treatment.

One final question: is it possible to not use minoxidil mintop 5% while taking the prp treatment because i do not wish to use it because i have heard from other dermatologists that if you keep using minoxidil for over 1-2 years then your scalp starts developing a resistance against minoxidil and it would stop working completely after a while because i would like to maintain my hair for at least next 10-15 years not just 2-3 years of course I would be taking maintenance sessions of prp every 5-6 months after the 8 sessions recommended to me. Would that work out?

Dr.Sruthi Gondi is highly experienced *** **** ************* she understands your concern and explains very well in detail then suggest you with suitable treatment...I have hyperpigmentation on my cheek I've consulted many doctors but none helped me but trust me guys if you consult Dr.Sruthi Gondi then you are blessed,im not showing off i personally felt my improvement and giving this review I thought my mark doesn't disappear but with only 3 sessions I got my results,doctor suggested me for 9 sessions and I can see better results already..If you are suffering from any skin related issues I highly recommend y'all to consult Dr.Sruthi Gondi you will definitely return with happy faces...thank you so much doctor :)

I did not have a good experience due to limited appointment slots *** **** ****** *******. The customer service and staff support were not helpful, which made me decide not to visit the clinic at all. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Sruthi Gondi based on this experience.

I was assured that the laser treatment for mole removal would be done, but it was not done because the staff was off. I traveled 140 km for the visit and was not informed in advance, which was very inconvenient.

I do not recommend Dr. Sruthi Gondi. *** ******* **** ******* ** *** ******** *** *** did not provide a new prescription, only recommending sunscreen moisturizer and night serum.

I definitely not recommend the Clinic and the doctor to anyone as they lack in professionalism.they need better staff for sure. I had visited the doctor and she asked me for biopsy and i was agreed to that. However for some reason on the day of biopsy the lab technician dint turn up and they asked me for jubliee hills branch but later i informed the barnch that its not feasible for me to go there and i m happy to give sample on any other day in kukatpally branch to which they agreed and told that be there at the clinic by 10 am and lab technician will be there. On the day of visit when i called at kukatpally branch they told me that technician will nt be here , i was surprised and called jubliee hills and the receptionist told me lab technician is there at kukatpally branch. I told her he is nt there so she said madam nt required you go and do biospy. I said last time when i visited for my biopsy it was nt done coz the technician was nt there so they wasted my 40 mins on call doing calls here and there putting me on hold and i was calling in both the clinics but no proper response at all and finally when I requested that i need to talk to Dr shruti to confirm if the biospy can be done or not she said ok let me first talk to dr shruti and later she called back to me n said Mam Dr shruti told that if u want to talk come to Clinic. I was shocked listening to the statement.Just to get the clarity on something i cant invest my time and money only to come n talk to a doctor which can be done over a call. I was highly disappointed and I m very happy that I changed my Doctor and moreover no biopsy was recommended by her. I m happy that i saved my money, time and my health is in good hands now.

We had a very disappointing experience. I would advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative options before visiting this hospital. The hospital's reputation seems to be built on exploiting patients' trust rather than delivering quality care.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Sruthi Gondi. She seemed to be in a hurry and did not spend enough time addressing my concerns. My problem was not fully addressed, and the overall approach felt rushed and inattentive.
