I have undergone surgery previously for sinus at Manipal hospitals four years back and I was never feeling better after that surgery due to recurrent ear blockage and nasal block. This use to cause respiratory issues and incomplete days of sleep and no concentration on work at all , one of my friend suggested Dr . Srinivas Kishore , I would say he is the only doctor in entire Hyderabad who has diagnosed my issues and gave ****** medication as my ear blockage is not responding even after three months he Advise me to go for a surgery and now I have undergone my second surgery and with in 10days I am feeling better and breathing better. My son Md Azaan Ali. He was born on 08-07-2015 At Shanta Bai Hospital after that they shifted us in Sunrise Hospital located at Narayan Guda Hyderabad. They kept my son for 2 months and did nothing they only made money from us giving our child more and more pain day by day and irrelevant investigations done over and over again., After that we brought him at Rainbow hospital on our own research and responsibility. He was a blessing send to us in disguise. I heard very good things about the doctor and so i visited this doctor in particular though the hospital is very far from my home. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is, if the staff is not equally good. I do not have any complaints with the doctor but the staff behavior is very bad. They do not know how to talk to patients. They want to fight with everyone. Don't try to satisfy your ego by proving yourself right while talking to patients.Doctor asked to come back after 5 days with CT and blood reports but just to show reports i had to take another appointment 2 weeks away. After that doctor suggest surgery and for that again 2 weeks later i had to take appointment. These people really are so unorganized. Basic training should be given otherwise the future of the doctor and hospital won't be so shining.Overall i am very disappointed by the behavior of the staff. I agree tye doctor is very patient amd explains everything but this is not sufficient. Staff is also very important. I request you to please do frequent analysis of the staff and take feedback from patients to improve the experience.Now I had to search for another hospital and repeat all my tests just to avoid this staff. Very sad and disappointed.

I know Dr. Srinivas Kishore for 15 years. I first consulted him for throat infection way back in 2003 when he was in Sai Vani Hospital. He deals with his patients in a calm and friendly manner, understanding the problem they are facing. One of my colleagues was facing severe nose block and related symptoms due chronic sinusitis. She went to many clinics in the city but could not get relief. I suggested her to consult Dr. Kishore and she underwent a surgery as per his advice. Star hospital appointment booking needs hell lot of improvement. I had to call them 25 times even after that not an appointment... just walkin i got. Doesn't matter i call 2 weeks or 3 weeks before.

I met this doctor for my kid's Adenoid issue. I was told that my kid is having 80% of Adenoids and may need to undergo surgery after couple of months. My kid is just 4.5 years old so i took second opinion from Srinivas based on my friend's suggestion. After we started the medication, within few days, We saw the betterment and got a feeling that it will get cured with medicines. After 10 days of medication, we consulted the doctor and he also told the good news that she may not be required to go through procedure, and suggested to go with medicines for next 21 days. Hope everything goes well.

Before getting admission almost one full day I spend in the hospital for anestesia checkup anaesthetist needed cardiology clearance

Cardiologist advised ECG,2D ECHO tests

After investigations again I used wait for 2 hours for cordiologist to show those reports and to get clearance

My suggestion is lot of time consuming process try to minimise the process

for unknown people (coming from far)this was very difficult for them

In your hospital waiting time is too much try to control on that mainly in outpatient department

He is like our family doctor, we visit him for any ENT problems.. my mother has undergone a surgery, she was never easy with her prior treatment with other ENT doctor, luckily we got to meet Dr.Srinivas Kishore *** *** *** ********** ***** **** *** ******** His pleasant nature and patient hearing to patients and taking out time to explain the problem is very commendable.I would definitely recommend Dr. For any problems
