Dr. Sridhar Musthyala

Dr. Sridhar M is one of the most professional and no-nonsense doctors I’ve met in recent years.

I consulted him for persistent pain and irritation in my left elbow caused by metal implants that had been in place for 15 years, following surgery for an elbow fracture. He helped us make a prompt and well-informed decision about removing the implants by clearly explaining the procedure and setting realistic expectations about the likely outcomes.

As I was awake during the surgery, he kept me updated at every stage, explaining what was going on, what was proceeding according to plan, and any minor challenges he encountered. Although I was understandably anxious, those regular updates kept everything transparent and made my experience far less daunting.

What stood out just as much was the care I received after the surgery. I wasn’t pressured to meet recovery milestones, such as regaining sensation in my hand, before being moved back to my room. Instead, I was given the time, space, and reassurance to recover at my own pace while being closely monitored. This made the entire post-operative hospital experience significantly less stressful.
