I am very interested in the area of Vasculitis as I find it challenging. It is a domain where the patient gives you less time for diagnosis and the right treatment will create wonders. Another domain that intrigues me is Lupus. As the common saying goes “To know Lupus is to know medicine “and I strongly believe that treating Lupus willnever let u forget Medicine.

My mother is from Gujarat she came Hyderabad for arthritis treatment in Spoorthy clinic. ********* *** ***** Doctor told us that they will consult online in Gujarat for further treatment but now they are not picking up the call not taking any appointment. The receptionist neither understand English nor hindi and she is not contacting us with the doctor from last 10 days we are calling. Very very bad experience.

The arthritis issues came after viral fever, troubled a lot. Doctor explained the cause and the treatment. Medicine worked very well and we could see the results in less than 2 weeks.

Very Disappointing Experience
I had an appointment for my mom at 11 AM. Due to traffic, we arrived about 20 minutes late. There were already patients waiting, so we were asked to wait for our turn — which we did patiently. After waiting another 25–30 minutes, we were finally sent in.
During the consultation, I received an urgent call that could not be avoided. Since my mom’s reports were on my phone, I stepped out briefly to take the call. Within just 2 minutes, the doctor sent my mom out saying she would see the next patient.
I still didn’t argue and was willing to wait again.
However, what truly upset me was that the doctor then called 4–5 other patients ahead of us, even though we were standing right outside her cabin, and instructed the attender to make us wait while others were allowed in.

If a doctor’s time is valuable, so is a patient’s. I had already waited a long time despite having an appointment, only to be treated this way.
