My Father was suffering from Diabetes from year 2009. I took him from cuttack,Odisha to Hyderabad. Today 5th Dec 2017 we met Dr. Shyam. First impression lasts long. His word itself heals our illness and gave lot of confidence and peace of mind. He took good amount of time and with lot of patience and explained us clearly about the illness/rootcause and the medication needed. He is not much into writing unnecessary medicines. Advised for exercise/morning walk etc.. for my 62 year Old father. I wish and pray to God Almighty, for long and healthy life of Dr. Shyam and wish more such eminent doctor should be available in our India. Regarding other aspects the Idea Clinic is more informative itself and staffs are very humble and polite and well behaved. Very neat and clean ambience. We are fully satisfied and its much worthy we came from Such a distance place to Visit such an eminent Doctor in Hyderabad. Wish you all the best Dr. Shyam for all your future endeavor .

The doctor was very late by about 45 minutes and spent less than 10 minutes with me. He seemed unwilling to listen, mentioning he had many other patients to attend to. Overall, I was not satisfied with the consultation.

I had thyroid since 5 years and visited dr Shyam kalavalapalli after after seeing so many reviews he just ****** said get tests and come and only telling to loose weight and after seeing my abnormal thyroid report even anti tpo he ****** said no need to use medication he is telling u have less thyroid level your only problem is weight and not even suggesting what precautions should u take listening to his word * ******* ********** *** ** **** ***** **** ** ****** *** ******* **** ******* ** *** ****** ******** *** I visited him twice at very high consultation 1000 which he treat for bare minimum not even friendly or good manner and keeping the patient’s life at risk need.

The visit was for my mother in law.

**** ******** **** *** ********** ****** **** ** **** **** ************ The doctor has no respect for the elderly. He yelled at a 74 year old senior citizen for asking questions and costs. She was shell shocked at the doctor's behaviour. He did not stop there and lectured her about spending money, getting tests done, not being a miser etc. ********* *** ****** ****** ****** ***** ********* **** **** ** ******** *** ******** ********** **** *** ************** ***************** We were flabbergasted by this attitude being dished out by a professional and a doctor nonetheless.

To add on, during the times of COVID, the clinic had no social distancing, sanitising, hand washing, hygiene policies.

We had to learn it the hard and expensive way. I recommend Dr. Shyam Kalavalapalli. He suggested important tests for my diabetic foot pain, which I've been experiencing for two years.

I had to wait more than 60 minutes, *** *** ****** *** ********* ** ********* ******** The explanations were not clear, and the clinic staff was unsupportive. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the visit.

I liked Dr. Shyam Kalavalapalli's handling and experience. His communication was wonderful and very friendly.
