Our experience with AIG Hospitals was ********* disappointing *** *********** **** ***** ** ******* We had to wait for more than 26 HOURS just to get a consultation with the doctor, which is completely unacceptable *** * ******** ** **** ************
And after waiting for more than a day, the consultation itself lasted not even 2 minutes. The doctor barely listened, did not properly explain what had caused the problem, did not discuss the condition in any meaningful way, and gave absolutely no proper guidance regarding preventive measures or what should be done going forward.
The doctor ****** wrote a prescription and ******** said that it was a “minor issue” that could be solved with medicines. But **** ** *** ******** **** * the medicines prescribed cost more than ₹50,000. If you are going to prescribe medicines worth over ₹50,000, the least a patient deserves is a proper explanation of why they are needed, what the diagnosis actually is, how long they need to be taken, what the alternatives are, and what precautions should be followed.
*** ********** *** ******* ************ **** ******* ********* ***** *** * ******** **** ** ************** Nobody properly explained what the next step was, when tests had to be done, where to go, how appointments worked, or how the entire process was supposed to proceed. ******** *** ***** ******** **** **** ******** *** ****** ** ****** ****** *** ***********

Waiting 26+ hours for a consultation that lasts less than 2 minutes is NOT patient care.
Patients come to hospitals when they are already worried, vulnerable, and looking for answers. They deserve time, clarity, communication, and basic respect — not a rushed prescription *** * **** *****

Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue
I consulted for abdominal issue but the Dr. Didn't even touch any part of my body instead within couple of minutes he advised me for some tests for which I've asked to visit for billing in different cluster one after another billing sections three tests were advised for the same problem e.g. my blood pressure was measured and it was found normal after that ECG was performed it was too found normal then again I was asked to do 2d echo test thus three tests were done for the same problem.
The above tests were done for fitness purpose only, now I was asked to perform ultra sound sonography, endoscopy and colonoscopy for the same problem each test took six to eight hours because of long queues I was kept empty stomach for more than 25 hours *** * ******** ****** *** * **** *** ***** ********* After that I was asked to take different blood testing tests. For this long testing procedure I've spent three whole days at this hospital and at last Mr. Shujath referred my case to urologist and gallstones surgeon and prescribed the medicine of nine thousands

He just listens to what patient is saying and keeps calm. He wouldn't ask single question back.

I suggest Mr.Asif should first talk to the patients and spend time (at least 10 mins) and have to justify himself whether tests are needed or not, ******* ******* ************ *** *********** ***** *** ****** ***** ******* ** ******** **** *** ********* **** *** ***** *** ** **** **** *********
I couldn't find any reviews on Mr.Asif and decided to take appointment due to having trust on AIG which now made me feel regret.
