My first visit to her was for recurring boils on my face and she was quick and incisive enough to link that to me having insulin resistance. Which was a really amazing diagnosis considering the fact that my normal health checkups had failed to uncover this issue. I am highly grateful for her for diagnosing an issue like insulin resistance which leads to diabetes so skillfully with a tangential complaint of mine. Because of her now I am on the right path under the right doctor to manage my insulin resistance so that it doesnt develop into full blown diabetes.Secondly I am undergoing treatment for sebo psoriasis under her. She has taken all the due dilligence required before prescribing immuno suppresors to me which most doctors I believe wouldnt have just to see quick results. But she has been extremely careful and has carefully increased the level of treatment each time to see which treatment I am responding to (some might feel that treatment is taking long time - but we need to understand that popping high dosage medicines randomly is not good for our bodies). And I am happy to say I am seeing positive results already.However I am equally sad to see some negative feeback on her page when I visited to make a follow up appointment which has prompted me to write this review. What we as patients need to understand that certain treatments and certain tests which we might feel as outrageous are indeed not so, and only someone who has invested over 8 years of their lives to be able to prescribe them would know their significance.All in all, I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shravya and I am looking forward for a speedy recovery, which I am sure I will be achieving. She is a brilliant, caring and insightful doctor. And the best part is that she would never treat the symptoms but rather eliminate the root cause even though it might take a bit longer. Also last but not the least, hats off to her patience and the way she explains things. You will be hard pressed to find a better doctor for your skin ailments. Highly recommended!

Hi. I would like to share my experience with Dr. Shravya. First day, when I visited her, I was very nervous and sort of crying. But she very positively welcomed me. She is the kind of doctor who will not ask you to go for unnecessary tests and treatments. She will suggest you minimal medications and lots of good habits which can help you to resolve your issues. You can share anything with her without hesitation. She is a very positive person. I would suggest all to visit her for their skin related issues and you will not be disappointed because professionally she is very strong. Thank you so much 🙏

I have been suffering from cystic acne for a year now.

5 months ago, I visited Dr. Shravya’s clinic with the hope to have clear skin, someday.

Not only did Dr. Shravya explain me the root cause to my skin problem but she also treated it by using salicylic peels, tablets and creams.

I highly recommend booking a consultation with Dr. Shravya if you are suffering from skin problems such as acne, acne scarring, pigmentation etc.

Because of my on-going online-consultations with her, I can see a massive change towards my skin journey & that wouldn’t have been possible without me deciding to book a consultation with her.

Rude, bad attitude, impatient are few words I can use to explain her behavior. waited for more that 90 minutes even though I had scheduled appointment. badly managed first of all. secondly after waiting for more than an hour if Dr is given 30 mins of her time she made sure she made me realize I am fortunate enough to have her time. I did not say anything I was seeing her attitude only. I have paid for the consultation and my time is precious as well so nothing was done for free. I am not a doctor but I am equally valuable but they way she was talking, her rudeness when I was asking questions about my concerns, even though I asked a query few times there was no need for her to be rude and using terms like "use your brain" "let's not even talk about that" " I don't even understand what you are saying" just because I was skeptical to use a medicine for some reason. I know you are educated enough which you already told me you know things better but I have the right to question and to know what I am putting in my body.I'll not say anything about your consultation and I don't want to think about the time I visited you, I lost trust the moment started insulting me. * **** ***** **** * ****** **** **** * *** ********* whatever she is saying I should just listen and nod. Why? my queries we're genuine. A bad experience I never imagined. while replying to certain comments doctor has written something like after studying so much and with experience we deserve at least 500 consultation charges. I won't even bother about this. with that behavior and rudeness I don't care about the consultation.

I explored this clinic very randomly in 2016 and visited for hair thinning. Dr. Shravya examined my hair condition, prescribed some medication and explained about PRP treatment. After that I was taking only medicines for couple of months but later due to unavoidable circumstances I discontinued the treatment.

In 2018 May, I got severe acne and visited her. She just ask me one question and my answer was yes. That shows her experience. She then explained it will definitely take a year to completely cure including the scars. She gave options of both chemical peeling and medicines. But I opted for medicines and then she explained only with medicines how to take care of my skin. Its now more than a year and my skin is now back to normal.

2019 March, I started PRP Treatment for hair thinning and now I am in my fourth session and already I can see the results.

Hello Vishali Here. I will say Doctor is very Friendly and polite and she knows what she is doing with your skin. I took treatment more then a year and my skin improves a lot. I will say that be patience and believe on the doctor she knows skin better then u..I came to US so I have to leave the treatment but I am still using the same creams and lotions prescribed by Doctor.

But I want to consult that should I continue same or should I Change. Shravya If u can give me your email id I can post My Queries and My Creams going on and u can suggest. It will be a great help

*** ***** ****** * **** **** ******** ** *****At first she will start with goodie points,will listen to you,and you as a patient will feel the more the doctor listens to you,you will get as much early as possible.She will prescribe you to take medicines and personal care products of atleast 2000-2500 on first appointment.This will grow indeed when you will have series of appointment.I took 2 Acne peel,1500 each (3000),medicines of almost 4000 and other personal care products.At the end of the day my acne which was just a point like structure has grown to a huge scare almost covering 45 % of my cheek with this medicines and personal care products.I would recommend to better go with other doctor.She spoiled my face and money.I want to sue her clinic on moral grounds.

First meeting with doc was very pleasant.Doc listened to all of my problems very patiently and explained all of the procedures to be done for the treatment.Explained the effectiveness and side effects of each and every prescribed medicines and how to avoid side effects.Its been only 7/days since I have used all medicines and I would say I am able to see changes in my acne condition.Only regret is that she prescribes very costly medicines.But it is Worth of spending that much.

Doctor and her appointment manager refused to see us even after waiting for 45 mins. Please note that we booked appointment and reached on time.

The receptionist attitude was way too unprofessional and the way she was treating others was also very rude and harsh. Even after complaining to head(mona) no one took any action and they didn’t even acknowledge the feedback. Your loss, we went to better clinics.

I visited Dr Shravya today for my skin growths DPNs removal procedure,I had multiple of them .I must say the clinic is very well maintained and very clean,taking all covid safety precautions.Dr Shravya is very friendly, listens to all problems and most importantly does the procedure with a lot of care and patience and makes u feel very comfortable.The doctor's way of handling my treatment was impressive 😊
