My experience with Dr. ShashiVardhan M was okay but not very impressive. The doctor did not explain things clearly, especially about the next steps and the thought process behind the treatment. I felt only fifty-fifty satisfied and would have preferred better communication to feel more comfortable and confident.
I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience during the doctor visit. The treatment was ineffective because the POP was improperly fitted and caused increased pain. I was frustrated by unclear and seemingly unfair charges. The doctor was unresponsive, and the reception staff were rude, which left me with a negative impression of the consultation.
