Why this experience was worst for me?

My sister just moved to Hyderabad for her internship and she got severely ill. We did not have any relatives in Hyderabad whom we could have asked for the good doctors. Since I knew about Practo app I searched for "homeopathy doctors" near the area where my sister lived and in the search results on the top I get to see "dr seshasaina reddy". The doctor had good rating & feedback so I booked my appointment with the doctor for the same day. My sister was in such a bad state that I had to force her to go to the doctor's chamber. The doctor should have been supportive of her situation. He just gave 5mins of his time and done. He didn't even give a prescription ***** ** *** ***** *** *** ******** ***** *** **** **** ** ****** **** ** **** *** ****** ***** ********* *** ****** **** **** *** **** *** ****. We were deeply worried and we asked her to send the prescription so that we could verify the medicines given, with our family doctor (even he is homeopathic). It was then we got to know that she was not given a prescription.

In the evening, one of her friend who just arrived in Hyderabad on the same day for her internship came to meet her and after looking at her situation she just took her to the ****** Hospital in Jubilee Hills.

The biggest fact is that we live in Kolkata and she was alone out there only 1 of her friend was there and even she had her first day at her new company so she can't take leaves and now my sister is almost alone. Her friend used to stay with her at night and the rest of the time she is alone.

I never expected this from Practo. I trusted the doctor because I trusted Practo. I just want to conclude by sharing my lesson that I learned that "never trust the ratings & feedback on practo". This was the worst experience of my life.

I visited Dr.Seshasaina at Vira's clinic(Madhapur) regarding acute pain in both the arms and elbow joints. Doctor was very humble and down to earth. He got up from his chair and welcomed us in by introducing himself. His gesture looked very warm and not something artificial which I have seen other doctors do.

With a brief intro, he quickly moved on to hearing on what is the discomfort and complaint faced. He asked a series of questions to understand what could be the cause of the pain, such as: what routine work we do, what kind of activities were done last couple of days, examined the arm thoroughly, the eating habits, sleeping and working posture and he narrowed down the root cause of the pain very practically and logically. Explained the cause of the ailment with clear evidence and suggested remedies to follow apart from the medications.

In simple words, Dr. Seshasaina is very patient in hearing out our complaints and discomforts, connects well with patients, does a thorough examination of the complaint, comes up with logical root causes of the problem and treats them accordingly.
