Doctor was good, he did listen the problem with great patience and explained the possible reasons for the same.

Let me write my experience with consultation..

When I planned to consult (Saturday) him I booked appointment at 5PM, I was on time and waiting for doctor. After 10min staff informed me that doctor will be late by 1hour as he was in mid of surgery.

I understood the situation and came back by 6PM.

He suggested to me take MRI scan and asked me to come on Monday.

Being a working professional I had to adjust my day and reached hospital on time with my reports on Monday 5.30pm. After waited for 30mins staff informed me that doctor cannot make it today and asked me to come next day 9am.

I really felt bad this time, I would have been more happier if they would have informed me this before my appointment time.I had to drive all the way from office with pain but of no use. And should bare this pain for 1more day.

I would suggest to avoid this kind of situations in future which helps the patients to be more comfortable with treatment.

I went to him with prolonged pain in my neck, shoulder and right hand. Before that I would like to tell history about my pain.

The pain was there from last year mar/2014, at that time I went to another famous doctor in Chandanagar who advised to me not to do any workout(I normally go to gym) and he said the pain will go by itself. I stopped workout and jogging it didn't get better.

I thought to take second opinion and visited Dr. Santhosh, the hospital was on the way to my home from my office. He listened to me patiently, he examined me by asking me to do few exercises, actually trying to figure out from where the pain is coming. I told him about the history, so he recommended MRI Scan, actually I too insisted on it so to find the root cause. After the scan, looking at the report Dr. said the issue is very mild and asked me to continue my exercise route, after doing some yoga exercises I am feeling better now.

I underwent a surgery for fracture under the treatment of Dr.Santosh Patil. * ********* * **** *within 2 months I am able to walk though a Rod is placed in my leg. Doctor is very friendly *** ***** ******* ********** I am very satisfied with his treament.

I booked an appointment at 9am and reached by 9. But clinic was not opened by then. Later after sometime receptionist came. She informed the doctor and doctor told the he is near by and would come in 15 mins. But doctor did not turn up for more than 40 mins. Overall I was made to wait for 55 mins. I felt the doctor doesn't respect others time.

Rather than saying that clinic is open by 9 am. You can correct saying you will open 10 pm. Patient will plan accordingly.

Doctor is very experienced and good in listening to the patients. He explains all the problems and causes. He doesn't suggest medicine if not required. Clarifies all your doubts. doesn't hurry at all. Good doctor. Overall experience is very satisfied.

A very good doctor *** **** ************** He listened to my problems carefully, checked reports. He won't give unnecessary medicines or suggest unwanted tests. First he gave minimum medication and then he proceeded based on my health .My condition really improved by his treatment.He has a well pleasant behavior and he clarifies our doubts happily. But we had a bad experience from your front office staff,one boy. For payment, when we gave card, swipe machine doesn't have paper roll and so they can't take card. When cash is given,they don't have change to give balance.

So we planned to withdraw from ATM, then that boy told only my husband must go to ATM and I must stay there! He was doubtful if we come back!!We felt humiliated as we already offered both cash and card !!

These kind of staff really malign that good doctor's reputation,so sad!

I booked the appointment at 7pm and reached the hospital at 6:55 but doctor was not there so staff called him for my appointment,in with in 5 min he reached hospital,that I liked much.I was so comfortable with the doctor and he listened all my problems completely. I would suggest this doctor.

my issue was listened carefully. later without proper data and discussion doctor didn't proceed for medication or treatment. we were doubting fracture but after reviewing proper test results an honest reply came from doctor there is no fracture and no medication required, even pain killers. i recommend this doctor.

Really nice Doctor ... Was able to find the real cause of problem at once ... Would prefer Dr Santosh Patil for any pain related issues ... He gave appropriate time to us and also listen everything we wanted to share related to problem n then gave his opinion ...!! Appreciated ..!!
