we went for walk in appointment. We were already told that there would be waiting time. so we had been waiting in the room. Two hours passed. But we didnot know when our turn comes and what was our position in the waiting list. when we asked the boy calling patients. he answered simply pls sit we will call. I requested them how many more members are there before our name but they told that they cant tell and pls wait. Really we were blind there without knowing our position there. I did not understand why they don't follow token numbers system and even electronic display of the waiting nos will be more beneficial to the patients

Patients name is my mother MAHBUBA Abdullah age 53 years

She is suffering Lymphangioma in the left eye. Her left eye ball is bulging. She fell double vision with mild Pain haevyness of head.

I want an appointment of Dr Santosh G Honavar.

Actually I m From Bangladesh.I m an Advocate From Dhaka Judge Court Bangladesh.I need Urgent appointment for my moms eye operation case.Can you help me for your procedure system of appointment.I cant call you.if anybody help me for contract with you.

Apart from the doctor I had a very bad experience with the staff. Not knowing language shouldn't hinder a person to meet the doctor. I was kept waiting sending in other patients who arrived later to me. The only reason the staff kept on saying is that I don't know hindi language. Is this the way any person should be treated? I thought hospital is the one where there wouldn't be racism and this proves me wrong to the fullest extent. It is not at all good and I wouldn't recommend this clinic, but I strongly recommend this doctor.

The doctor is very friendly, and explained us the problem as well as the solution very well. his words are so assuring that he didn't give us any chance of worry ! i would strongly recommend him ! the overall experience was very good.

Overall I felt I was with the right doctor and team was excellent. the Optimerists were also very good. They helped in cleaning up all the scaling. The assistant doctor was also very friendly and guided us very well.
