My husband had a retinal detachment in the month of July 2025 , lost his left eye vision completely... my husband's friend referred Dr.Sandeep ... with his reference, we visited Prime Retina, Himayathnagar immediately...since the condition of the eye was getting worse, doctor adviced us to go with surgery immediately...so , we have made it...

The treatment and the surgery was greatly done that my husband's vision is completely back now...we are very happy **** ** **** ** **** ******* and also appreciate staff for their support, hospitality , politness and the good service provided over phone calls and whenever visited...the hospital's ambience and infrastructure is very Nice, well maintained, highly equipped tech machines and hygiene also..I recommend Dr.Sandeep ** **** ****** for the complete EYE CARE..

The staff is very cooperative and attentive.

I, personally think, Dr Sundeep ji needs more & more space to tackle the rush of patients who have great faith in him.

I visited prime retina last month and I was diagnosed with retina detachment. As soon as I heard about my condition I was tensed and worried but Dr sandeep bachu was very empathetic. He clearly explained the scenario and filled a sense of relief in me. I think this Is what every patient needs from a doctor and even after the surgery he carefully explained what type of precautions and care needs to be taken. Not only the doctor but each and every member in the hospital from the reception people to the cleaning staff all are very polite. moreover, what ever doubts I had post surgery the doctors were one call away to clear them. I visited Dr. Sandeep Bachu on 21 November2020. I am in my fifties and have come across many intelligent Doctors but on very rare occasions I have come across a doctor who not only correctly diagnosed my issue , he very perfectly , patiently and calmly explained me the entire thing covering all the details from A to Z so that as patient I know what I am going through, what to expect and what should i do at my end. His process was not to churn patients one after one but to treat them with most efficient approach factoring in all things that can impact medical issue so that the patient leaves with highest level of satisfaction with regards to the treatment.I cannot recommend him enough for eye related issues.

Sandeep sir was extremely helpful, thoughtful and caring. Explains everything about the problem very clearly and take appropriate action to treat the problem not like other hospitals who focuses more on charging for unnecessary tests and medicines. I was a bit uncertain whether I should go or not but my experience was beyond my expectation. This was my first visit. The reception was good, the staff very attentive and helpful. In spite of the fact that I have hearing problems also, the staff , the technicians and others were most cooperative to repeat the instructions more than a few times .
