Thorough testing of the sight and best advice. If no new glasses are needed, not recommending for new with practical explanation. The glasses with more power, we're tried and tested for improvement and it is proved to me that more powered lenses are not accepted by my eyes. My old glasses are tested and declared good enough to be continued. Also, it is explained to me practically by focussing light on very small letters and asking me to read, when I could read in utter clarity. So, it is said that the problem is with the dimness in the eyes, for which cateract might be the reason. The technician for vision testing helped me understand the exact nature of my problem. I was happy with the pointed briefing and practical proof..

I am lead to the Dr. Bose whose presence is cool and all my anxiety at going in for immediate surgery as advised by the other hospital, has gone in a minute.

He said cateract is there but if I am able manage my routine and driving without difficulty, I can pull on as I am. In case there is difficulty, I must approach him. Next review is scheduled for 6 months.

He advised to forget about the cateract and carry on my routine normally which relieved me of my fears for immediate surgery. The bottom line is I am not scared like before.
