Dr. Sai Laxman

Sai Laxman Sir is a doctor par excellence. In the past he has treated my mother, both my grandmothers , my aunt and grandfather. I recently underwent ACl reconstruction under his care and this is my post operative week 1 review, i feel extremely satisfied by the way i was taken care of at the hospital and I'm confident of a speedy recovery. ** ** *********** *** ** *** **** *** ****** ********** ******** * **** **** ****** the post operative site (Left Knee) looks clean and i can hardly see any scaring or bleeding from the operated area. Believe me ,from the day one he made me feel confident of being in the right hands. He is very genuine and gives personalized and cost effective care to his patients. If you have a long standing orthopedic problem and looking for a solution then he is your answer. Just walk in to his clinic without any second thought and heeling is assured provided you religiously follow his instructions. His holistic approach is what makes him unique as supposed to other surgeons. He is not someone who insists on unnecessary scans or tests or surgeries unless mandatory , instead he provides ways and means which can help you heel your problem naturally . Although this is just my post surgery week 1 review i can confidently say the above because i have been under his care since 2015 October & i will definitely do a post recovery review for him soon. Do give him a try for your orthopedic issues and you will thank me for writing this review.

My daughter had ligamant tear in her knee. She is 12 years old. I have visited many doctors like SLG, Apollo and others who suggested for an immediate surgery. Dr. Sai Lakshman was the only one who verified the MRI scan reports and didn't suggested the surgery. Though he holds a great experience and took this decision still he told me to wait as he wanted to double check with the senior radiologist. Finally, the radiologist also confirmed that there is no need for Surgery. He is very friendly and ground to earth person. Definitely not like other hospitals who forced me for surgery.

I visited doctor Sai Laxman for wrist pain. Doctor explained the clinical reason very well *** ********* *** ******* **** ************ Did not suggest any unnecessary medications and tests for after initial screening. However, the KIMS hospital management and administration is very bad. Their billing folks are not even trained properly and keep patient waiting for billing for long hours. Even after having prior appointment i had to wait for 2 hours to get see the doctor due to inefficiency of KIMS administration.

Doctor explained us the cause of the problem and the solution. Sai lakshman sir did the surgery and my wife started walking hours after the surgery. She is recovering now and able to walk with stand without any pains. We are satisfied with the treatment and post surgery care in KIMS hospital. Thank you sai lakshman sir.

I have taken my Mother In law to Dr Sai Laxman (Kims Kondapur) as she was having severe Knee and Back pain. For knees it was clear that she has arthritis (even not able to walk independently) but for Back pain doctor said it is because of your knees only as you don't walk properly that is causing Back pain. But my mother in-law told him sir please check once and have x-ray or MRI of back to identify what exactly is. Even she said few months back I fell down also, but Dr Laxman didn't listen her and said even if you do the MRI I will not see that, as I am telling it’s because of your knees only and go for knee replacement then your back will also be fine. But it is not easy to go for knee replacement.

Then few months later we went to different doctor, first thing that doctor asked for Back x-ray and he said there is fracture in her back and she need around two months complete bed rest and once her back fracture recovers then only her knees can be treated.

I just wanted to advise every one, that don't go for these big surgeries in single opinion. I use to trust the doctors lot but now I will be very cautious in case of such treatments.

Apart from reviewing my condition and providing necessary treatment, the doctor spent enough time to explain in detail what the causes of my lower back pain were and how to make lifestyle changes to avoid pain in future. The doctor took a holistic approach rather than just focus and treat the immediate symptoms and condition. Very friendly and approachable. Overall, great experience.

The doctor is very learned and gives advice after properly looking and listening to all the facts.

I had an acute shoulder pain and it has come down considerably thanks to him.

He explains the causes and effects of diet and each medicine he gives. He also is very less supportive of spending extra bucks to do unnecessary tests if not needed unlike other doctors

The interaction was excellent. I appreciate the way listen to the problem. He has given enough time to the patient to explain his symptoms and wrote minimal prescription of the medicines. Overall experience was very good. Half of the pain will go when docot pay attention to the patient.

Really this is my practical experience of my health issues and I undergone spine surgery. And after this it was really got second Life started and my back pain is cured. I guess this box is not enough to give heart full feadback on this doctor. That is why the reason doctor is nothing but second god of humans.
