I have been suffering from a Dermiod cyst in my ovaries which caused irregular menstrual cycle and made it difficult for me to conceive naturally.To address this I was under the care of my family gynecologist, who conducted multiple scans and began a six -month follicular study. Unfortunately, despite consistent monitoring there were no positive results. Considering the cyst and related complications,she suggested an HSG/FTC test, after which she advised me to consult Dr. Vyjayanti ma'am. During my first consultation,she patiently reviewed all my previous medical records and discussed the HSG/FTC report in detail.After careful evaluation, she explained that the blockage in my fallopian tubes was preventing egg release, making natural conception difficult. Hearing this was overwhelming for us, but Dr. Vyjayanti ma'am calm and confident approach helped us regain hope. She explained that IVF treatment would be the best way to achieve pregnancy and took the time to explain each stage of the process clearly. Despite struggling with PCOD, a Dermiod cyst, and blocked tubes, we decided to move forward with IVF treatment under her expert care . During the treatment,I faced a few challenges due to the cyst, but Dr.vyjayanti ma'am managed the situation seamlessly and ensured the treatment continued smoothly. Throughout the journey, from injections to embryo transfer, every procedure was handled gently and professionally.The entire staff at KIMS was extremely supportive and kind. Counselling sessions that helped me stay positive and calm through emotional phases of treatment. Although my first round of cycle didn't get through, Dr.vyjayanti ma'am and her dedicated team stood by me with unwavering support. Their encouragement gave me the strength to try again. Finally on 28th August 2025 , our prayers were answered I received a positive pregnancy result. The moment was filled with immense and Joy and gratitude. Today,as a mother -to-be ,I feel deeply blessed and thankful to everyone who helped make our dream come true.
