I visited Dr. Rupali for a general check up for my father-in-law. It turned out to be my father-in-law started having pain in one of his teeth, molar. Thanks to doctor for educating me on this :)

Dr. Rupali not only investigated the cause of the pain but also helped in understanding the reasons leading to the issue. My father-in-law teeth was totally damaged because of his age old grinding habit. Finally teeth had to be extracted. The complete process was very smooth.

No pain after numbness died off. Post follow-up was also very easy to co-ordinate as Dr. Rupali was very easily accessible.

Overall a great experience.

I recently took my grandma for a tooth extraction to Dr. Rupali Das. The overall experience was wonderful. She gave enough time during all the visits and explained everything to my grandma about the tooth extraction and the things to be take care of. Dr Rupali took care of the minutest things while carrying out the tooth extraction and the pain was also very less in comparison to the other tooth extractions in the past. It has been almost 10 days now since the tooth extraction and my grandma is happy with the overall experience.

Have visited this clinic for my aunt's root canal treatment. Overall experience was fab and my aunt loved it. This is the third time she is undergoing this treatment and every time post treatment, she use to have lot of pain for couple of days. Suggested by one of my friend, this time we have tried at Floss and Gloss Advanced Dental Experts and the results were great. This time my aunt dint even say. I would strongly recommend this to all. Dr. Rupali is an excellent dentist, she is very much professional, careful listener & Caring. She had explained me all the details about the process of cleaning the teeth and she has done it perfectly as I was expecting, few years back I have done it but did not experienced this perfectness. After the treatment she had provided me the correct ways of brushing the teeth and ways of caring the teeth and gums, to avoid any dental problems in future. I also liked the behavior of the staff and neatness kept in the clinic. I must recommend Dr. Rupali to people those need good dentist for you or your loved ones.

She asked me to get full mouth cleaning & scaling, when i visited her to get my crown fixed back on my implant. It had come off the implant after almost 3 years and there was no damage just loss of adhesive. There was no need for a full mouth cleaning & scaling as my crown is just for a single teeth and its just required to clean around that teeth only, as part of fitting it. I refused as i have had cleaning & scaling treatment a couple of times and the experience isn't good as the teeth get sensitive. She insisted very sternly over that, she refused any responsibility for the crown fixing on the grounds that it will come off in future because of me refusing scaling treatment. I should have actually walked out that very moment but i was stupid enough to stay as she fixed my crown with adhesive. For whatever reason, she didn't fit it properly and i could feel it a little gap in the fitting. With a couple of days short of a month, it has come off again and the 700 bucks i paid just for sticking it back has gone in waste.

TOO EXPENSIVE AND PUSHY FOR UNNECESSARY TREATMENT

Dr. Rupali is an excellent and very professional dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. As when I got my teeth cleaned, Dr. Rupali was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process and reasons behind my problem. She asked my routine about food habits and how I brush my teeth. Then she explained what to do and what not to do with your teeth. She made me comfortable and No pain or problems with my cleaning and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. I would recommend Dr. Rupali to everyone.

Over-the-counter medicine is my first option as I experienced a sudden problem with my gums. After I used this many times to treat my gum problems, I failed to be permanently cured. One time I noticed gum bleeding that was worse than previously had. I rushed to Floss and Gloss Advanced Dental Experts and seek for recommendations to ease this bleeding. After doing examination and natural treatments, I was advised to undergo gum surgery. Afer which I was completely cured. Thanks to Dr. Rupali and staff of the clinic.

I would like to share my father's tooth extraction experience which he underwent couple of days before at Dr Rupali's clinic. According to my father he had undergone couple of times tooth extraction at different places but every time he faced some issues or other..like excessive bleeding..severe pain and pain during tooth extraction also. But when he went for tooth extraction through Dr Rupali, he didn't feel any such past bad experience and in fact it was very smooth and he didn't realize any pain during extraction.

Dr was very caring during the process taking continous feedback of any pain etc. She also called post extraction to know if any pain or bleeding. We have not received any such wonderful response in past.

The entire process was very relaxing and good.

I visited Dr. Rupali for broken teeth. This was the first time i visited a dentist. I had a lot of trivial questions around dental healthcare. She was very patient with the questions and suggested a lot of precautions for good health of teeth. I also visited her for the root canal treatment. She clearly laid out the procedures and options for cap. Around few days later i felt uncomfortable with the cap, she got it rectified.

I visited for the wisdom tooth extraction and was scared, but doctor made the process totally painless. Dr Rupali explained me in details about the precaution I should be taking and also sent an email with the instructions incase I forget. Recovery was fast and within 2 days I was normal and the pain was gone. I would highly recommend Dr Rupali Das and Floss and Gloss Advanced Dental Experts.
