I visited the clinic (june 2016) to get rid of few mild acne spots on my right cheek. My skin is sensitive type so even mild rash leaves a spot on it. She gave me a facial treatment costing ₹.1500/- per session (4 sessions) and 2 creams to be used on daily basis..one costing around ₹.350 and another a sample cream lying on her table(forgot the name of that ointment). I repeatedly kept on telling her the cream she gave is causing rashes on my face nd resulting in pimples and spots. She said that's how this ointment works..even if it causes pimples on your face keep using it.. don't stop they will reduce by themself on continuous usage of cream.. After 6 weeks she says stop using the cream. It doesn't suit for few skin types and When I started complaining her she said she gave the right treatment and let's stop the treatment here itself and not take it further. I left the clinic silently.I don't know if those rashes and pimples were because of the cream or treatment. I just know that the action was not taken on time spoiling my clear skin (Which she herself complimented during our first sitting that my skin was smooth and clear but tanned)

Dr. Rupa is very patient and a good listener, which I believe is the most important quality in a doctor. She explained everything well, and my overall experience at the clinic was excellent. The staff was helpful and there were no issues with wait time.

I have very Dry skin, flaky, red skin around my mouth and nose due to which the skin around mouth is dark its been few years but never realised it can be cured, I visited the doctor and she told me that my skin is sensitive and the condition is called perioral dermatitis she gave me a course of 2 months combination of creams and lotion its been 5 days and I can already see difference on my skin its getting lighter and the dry skin is fading away iam super happy after so many years I can finally feel my real face and I am confident that during this 2 months course i wil surely see total change and complete cure for my problem. I visited the same doctor for fungal infections 4 years back too and it was also cured with one visit and minimal medication. Doctor is professional and understands the issues.

I was very skeptical initially as i had very bad experience from a previous experience from a different clinic, Dr. Roopa was very humble ,flexible ,hears you out and gave me a detailed explanation as to how we can treat my concern. She gave me a realistic picture too as to how,when a change can be evident on the skin. She just lit up so much confidence in me, you just made my day Doc!
