I was referred to him by my child's pediatrician. He has lot of patience, hears out the complete story that parents want to share related to the ailment. He is also prompt in responding to the queries raised by us.
Treatment of my child is in progress, hopefully he will improve overtime.
I would certainly recommend him to all distressed/worried parents like us for treatment of Gastro related ailments of their kid.

Dr is good but the staff and service is very bad. I just hate visiting only for the wait time. Their number doesn't work properly. I was pregnant and visited to meet him upon appointment for my daughter's check up through this app. And just because I took appointment through this app I was sent last. And I waited for almost 2 and half hours. I would request Dr to remove his name from the app so that we can take appointment through phone. I want to visit him but never recommend anyone to use this app for appointment.

I have been going to doctor Ramesh for past 8 years for my elder kid and now had gone for my second kid. I am extremely happy with his treatment and patience in explaining the health condition and next steps. Waiting time is mostly very long in Prerana hospital and appointments are not well organised. Except for the waiting time and not addressing appointments taken, I recommend the doctor for good and satisfactory treatement.

Overall a positive interaction. Doctor was friendly and available to check the patient immediately.The only thing i feel he can improve is to explain health issue (rather than simply nodding on patients account and writing a prescription). He didn't suggest any precautions in terms of food consumption and only responded on asking.

Straight to the point. Prescribes lab tests only if they are really needed. Such a good doctor. You can reach him at any time of the day... Ofcourse, night times, only if it is emergency.
