The doctor doesn't even ask why the patient is visiting. Front desk assistant is as unresponsive and unfriendly as the doctor. When the patient starts explaining the problem, doctor is so restless to listen. I find him rather rude in his response. Even after returning with test results and have old and new reports, did not mention if the condition is improving and what it actually means.

I went with a confirmed appointment. But the Dr and staff didn’t accept it and gave unrealistic waiting time to honour the appointment. Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time.
