Initially, I had consulted another doctor regarding my severe fibroids and cysts, but their response was disheartening. I was told that a complete hysterectomy was the only solution, leaving me devastated and in tears for an entire month.

Then, I visited Dr. Narmada Katakam, and from the very first interaction, she approached my case with remarkable diligence and positivity. She carefully examined all my diagnostic reports and, unlike my previous doctors, specifically asked for my MRI films—which I hadn’t carried, as no other doctor had shown interest in reviewing them before. Each film contained around 16 slides, and she meticulously analyzed every single one, explaining each detail with clarity and patience. At the end of the consultation, she offered a reassuring and hopeful perspective—something no other doctor had done.

Following additional tests, we scheduled a laparoscopic surgery. Given the severity and complexity of my condition, Dr. Narmada Katakam’s precision, expertise, and careful planning ensured that my uterus remained intact. Her remarkable surgical skills and compassionate approach gave me immense relief, and I felt truly blessed to be in such capable hands.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Sahiti, who assisted during the entire process. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care reflected the same level of excellence. She patiently explained every aspect of the pre- and post-surgery process, making sure I felt comfortable and well-prepared. Her frequent check-ins and caring nature truly set her apart as a compassionate and dedicated professional.

A special mention to Nurse Uma, whose warm and friendly demeanor made me feel as though I was being cared for by a family member rather than a hospital staff member. From day one, she handled everything with utmost care, kindness, and sincerity, making my hospital stay much more comfortable.

Nurse Meher deserves equal appreciation for her exceptional dedication and attentiveness. Her caring personality, deep understanding of patient concerns, and proactive approach to ensuring timely medications and treatments were truly commendable. Her constant presence and comforting words created an instant bond, making me feel at ease throughout my recovery.

We travelled from far distance and booked appointment at 11.00 am. We have reached on time. But still the receptionist was saying we need to wait for 2 hours for health examination by another doctor then after Dr. Narmda will have a look over patient.

Its quiet upsetting o wait for such a long time without any reason.

Patients should be treated as quickly as possible. Waiting for no reason makes no meaning.

And receptionist should behave properly with the patients.

Hope this will be considered on high priority and reduce the waiting time.

Narmada ma’m is one of the gem of doctors I met.. she exactly knows what she is doing n is very clear in the treatment planning and execution. She is very open in discussions with patients and best thing about dis hospital is every info is dere printEd and it will be handed over to u. Hi myself Haseena Banu..i just came here for scanning but Dr narmada and Dr tazeem shaik explained me n my family v well abt my health issue that i was suffering frm polyp in uterus,large fibroids that was the main reason fr my menses pain n infertility .29 june 2020 they did hysteroscopy + laproscopy + Dye Test at 7:30am n returned From home t 5:00pm.but seriously she is doing wonderfull job,well mannered Dr's n nurses too.sister uma n sister meher was also soo co operative n helped me alot....i appreciate there work...Thanks to entire Genesis team....**** ************* * ****** **** * ****

Been visiting Dr. Narmada since last 2 years when my wife had gone through an abortion for the second pregnancy. She had been suffering with stomach pains even after a month post surgery and I chose to visit Dr. Narmada through Practo when other doctors couldn't provide a satisfactory treatment. Dr. Narmada seemed to understand the problem during the very first visit and thanks to the sort of equipment they used which helped instantly diagnose the issue and the same was cured within 2 weeks. This was the foundation for me to trust the doctor and we continued to see this doctor for the third pregnancy. Had a baby boy a week back and both the mother and baby are in good health. Thanks to Dr. Narmada and the staff for the support!! Really appreciated!!!

No words to explain first experience was the best, doctor evaluated thoroughly and gave a candid opinion on options available. Would definitely recommend. She instils confidence in patients and boost morale which I think would solve 50% of the problem
