Dr. R. Balaji explained everything clearly and provided good care. The consultation took a little time, but overall I was satisfied.

I recommend Dr. R. Balaji. He is a very good doctor.

The consultation with Dr. R. Balaji was very fine and the doctor explained things well. I am happy with the way the doctor attended to me and would definitely recommend him to others. The only issue was a long waiting time, but otherwise everything was good.

I visited the doctor withy mother for sudden bp spike and general heart checkup. The doctor listened carefully to her issue, explained the cause, suggested a medicine change and explained why it is being changed. Tests like ecg, 2d echo are performed there otself and reports are also given them itself.

Discount too was offered on the medicines at the place

I booked appointment through Practo for general health checkup. I was given slot of 11:00 -11:30 am by Practo. I reached hospital at around 10:45am. Receptionist said Dr. comes at 12:00 noon and they do not get any booking from practo and they had already given appointment someone at 12:00 and I could consult after him. Do I had to wait till 12:30pm for consult. Dr. Is good. He listens carefully and suggest accordingly. I was satisfied with the consultation with Dr. But very disappointed with waiting time of more than one and half hour. I request practo to coordinate with the hospital to give proper time to patients.

****** *** **** *** their receptionist and other facilities are too bad. I booked an appointment for 7pm but there is no such system exists there. When asked she check my file and said for review there is no appointment, seriously? Very bad response. Unless you know there is no one in queue do not visit even you have appointment. It was sweating in the waiting room but they didn't bother to switch on AC until it is too late. ******** ****** ****** ** **** **** *** this clinic and it's maintenance are very poor for the fee they are charging.

Dr. R. Balaji was very humble and supportive. He explained my heart check-up results clearly and with great concern. I highly recommend everyone to visit him.
