My mom was suffering from stone problem since last Nov and she was taking Ayurvedic medicines so that it automatically flushes out, but it did not happened the way we expected and mom started having regular UTI , because of which she was going through unbearable pain and she was on high antibiotics medication. The gynaecologist at Jayini hospital suggested us to meet the Urologist for further treatment and one of the nurse recommended Dr.Naveen Paul from Citizen hospital, Nallagandla.

We took an appointment at citizen and met Dr.Naveen Paul with all the old test reports and after he went through the reports, he prescribed few medicines and asked us to come for a follow up check up after a week, unfortunately, we could not meet him the second time as the lockdown started.

In middle of the lockdown, mom wasn’t keeping well as she had unbearable abdomen pain and once again had UTI. I was super worried to take her to any hospital because of Covid-19, as she is already an asthmatic patient. I was not sure, if Dr.Naveen would be available on calls / messages for consultation. However, I texted him on WhatsApp mentioning my moms situation, he was super kind and spontaneous to respond to my messages and immediately suggested medicines so that she gets some immediate relief and also suggested an abdomen scan after a week. He asked us to share the scan reports on WhatsApp basis which he will suggest the next steps. We got her scan done after the lockdown was lifted and her reports were normal and to our Surprise, the stone flushed out.

In the current situation with covid-19, he was super approachable, very kind and patient to listen to our concerns over messages, review reports online and prescribed medicines accordingly. Thank you !!

Three months back, i had taken my mother-in-law to Citizens hospital due to an emergency. In citizens, she was diagnosed with a serious medical condition that had infected the kidney and had to be treated urgently.

There we met Dr. Naveen Paul for the first time who was going to operate my mother-in-law. Dr Naveen explained in detail to me and my wife about her ailment. After a months time my mother-in-law had to undergo another major surgery of kidney that was again performed by Dr Naveen Paul. The surgery was successful and she got discharged from Citizens in 5 days time.

Dr Naveen has been a savior for our family because he has got my mother-in-law back to normal from a very serious condition. Today after 2 months

of surgery my mother-in-law has recovered and we all are glad to see her fine and healthy and back to her normal routine. Dr Naveen is a very

humble and a kind hearted surgeon. He is very approachable, has lot of patience and treats patients with lot of care and considers them as part of family. To share an instance, Dr Naveen called me up some days back to enquire on my mother-in-laws health and if she was facing any health issue after recovering from surgery. This is a rare phenomenon that we usually see in Doctors/Surgeons once the patient has recovered.

DR.PAUL NAVEEN, was lovely. He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give enough time to each patient with a friendly approach. DR.PAUL NAVEEN, is a dedicated Doctor. He operated on me for Urology Surgery, He is very supportive and suggests well. He is an excellent doctor dedicated to his profession and always cares for his patients. A patient can freely interact with him, during the treatment.- DR.PAUL NAVEEN supported and clarified my doubts through phone calls & chat messages regularly during my treatment period. I was suffering from Kidney stone problem for almost 3 years now, after consulting Dr. Naveen Paul, he took the time to explain the issue and helped me understand the nature of treatment I would have to go with, after much research and consultation I opted to go with the treatment and it was very great experience under the knowledge and expertise Dr had for treatment. I recovered in few days post surgery and follow up was also very great. He always treat the patients with outmost care and make you feel comfortable. The doctor was frequently late and often unavailable at the scheduled times. He asked for reports on WhatsApp but did not respond. Overall, I found the doctor and hospital to be unreliable.

I visited in an emergency when Dr. Paul Naveen M wasn’t available, but the on-duty doctor kindly came to check on me and helped me through the situation. I highly recommend their care.

My 7 years old daughter had a kidney stone. Dr Naveen Paul done surgery. He was very friendly Doctor even my kid has friendly tine with him. Done surgery successfully.
