Dr. Prasad Penubakula

Dr. Prasad Penubakula is the Founder and Chairman of Prasad Groups and is well-known for his Philanthropic endeavours. His adventure began in a small rural community in Andhra Pradesh’s Prakasam District, where he was born and reared. He finished his schooling and college education in the Prakasam District before enrolling in the BDS programme at the Government Dental College & Hospitals in Vijayawada. He thereafter advanced his schooling by earning an MDS from Mamata Dental College in Khammam.Dr. Prasad opened his first branch, “Prasad’s Orthodontics Super Speciality Dental Hospitals,” in Satyanarayanapuram, Vijayawada, on March 7, 2012. He grew his business by opening two more locations in Mangalagiri in Vijayawada, and Simhachalam in Visakhapatnam. The presence of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Sri Bishwabhushan Hari Chandran Garu, graced the inauguration of the Visakhapatnam branch.Later, he expanded his services to Hyderabad, where he opened a new branch, “Ocean International Dental Hospitals,” in Madhapur on October 20, 2022.Aside from his excellent career, he is the Vice President of the NGO “Crime Free Bharat” and the Secretary of the “Rayala Andhra Orthodontic Study Group.” He is also a shareholder in Pensol International Medical Services Pvt. Limited and Kinpen Contractors Pvt. Limited.Dr. Prasad’s outstanding contributions to dentistry have been extensively recognised and praised. In 2023, he was awarded the renowned Medix Award for Health Excellence, recognising his significant contributions to the medical field. Moreover, on Doctor’s Day of the same year, he received the prestigious Mercedes Benz-Silver Star Award, a testimonial to his dedication and excellence in the field of medicine.
