Experience with Doctor has always been excellent.

However while I appreciate the online appointment system the concern is that when people come after their time they should be made to wait and sent later as they did not come in time of their slot.

The patients argue with the nurses their finally not able to tolerate the argument the nurses are forced to send the patient.

Along with the Doctor the Patients also be told that an alloted time slot means punctuality of time. It does not mean an appointment is taken and the patient can walk in whenever they want.

The Doctor can be given a time flexibility but not patients.
