I saw the doctor and completed my checkup. The doctor treated me and gave medicines and injections for my weakness. However* * *** ********** **** the hospital's AI system as it did not provide proper answers or appointment details, which made the experience uncomfortable. The doctor was available and treating patients, but the AI kept saying the doctor was only available the next day, which was not true.
The doctor explained everything clearly during my visit, and I would recommend Dr. P. Kiranmayi to others. However, the clinic's waiting time could be improved as walk-in patients are sometimes seen randomly, which affects the appointment schedule.
