I took my Mother to visit Dr. Gautam, as she is of a certain age now and has issues. My father also has many ailments. They do not have a family doctor and wanted to show Dr Gautam their history and issues and some solutions for the recent issues shown in tests. I saw that he has great reviews here and so we chose to go with him. Unfortunately, our experience was as bad ** * ****** ***** *** *** He kept asking what the exact problem is. My Mother has multiple issues and needed to consult a general physician. Yet, he sounded like this would have been better if we came with an exact issue, **** * ***** *** *** ** ******** ** ******* *** he started saying, "Ok Then.." so we can leave. At the end he said I dont have time, and sent us out. It was 8:51. He said he stays only till 8:30. But if you check Practo, he left appointments open even for 8:50. This was unfortunately a bad experience for us

He listens to patient very patiently and don't get irritated even if we tell the same thing again and again and asks about health history then explains very neat and slowly.From my experience my tension got reduced at the end of discussion. I will be prefer to visit again and again.
