I would like to thank Dr P A Jiwani sir for considering and spontaneous reaction of his service when I am suffering from heart attach. he is really a good doctor and have much patience to explain the condition of the patient . good and active person, kind towards the patient . I can also say his punctuality is awesome and his recognition of the patient itself clears 50% problem of the patient . Doctor=savior=god .he is good attentive person .
