One day, I suddenly experienced balance issues and dizziness. Initially, a general practitioner examined me and suspected vertigo. However, after further evaluation, vertigo was ruled out. Several blood tests were conducted, and all results came back normal. I was then referred to a psychosomatic physiotherapist, as the doctor suspected that these symptoms were being triggered by anxiety.
The physiotherapist noticed tightness in my chest area and gave me techniques to release it. However, the technique took a lot of time, and my energy was so unpredictable that even doing small chores felt like lifting mountains. The dizziness and balance problems slowly disappeared, but I continued to experience persistent low energy and occasional shortness of breath.
I went to Continental Hospitals for a full-body checkup, and everything was fine. The cardiologist also confirmed that everything was perfectly normal. Yet, nobody could explain why I was out of breath. Some doctors suggested it could be anxiety.
Fortunately, my brother found that Dr. Nishant Sinha is an extremely reliable pulmonologist. In the first session, he asked me, "Are you anxious?" I replied, "No."
I was so low on energy that I didn’t even have the energy to worry about anything or feel anxious. Immediately, he said, "We should trust the patient. If she says it's not anxiety, it must be something else. Let's do everything possible to diagnose the hidden problem."
He then advised a FeNO test, PFT test, and an allergy panel test. All three came back positive, and it turned out that my actual problem was bronchial asthma without obvious symptoms like wheezing or coughing. He prescribed the Foracort inhaler, and from that moment, my life changed. My energy became predictable, and I finally recognised that the chest tightness I had been experiencing was actually an asthma attack.

Good Morning .This is Basavaraju Upender Rao Rtd Revenue Officer tested with Covid positive on 9th jan n I was not well since 4th Jan . immediately My daughter n Son in law who stays at L&T Serene County Gachibouli took me to Continental hospitdl Emergecy ward . There the duty doctor checked me n as per their advise admitted and shifted me from Emergency to Room No 322.
I was allotted Dr Nishant Sinha for giving me the treatment .
He attended me regularly n has treated me well with medication sothat I could duscharge on 14 th Evening
So I was inhospital from 9th night to 14 th night. I would appriciate the way of treatment given by Dr Nishant Sinha n which caused to get recover early discharge .He reviewd me thru Video conference on 25th about my health condition very nicely n asked me to come with in a week with chest X Ray .
Again on 17th I met Dr Nishant Sinha with Xray n he examined n tested BP n Oxy levels n told that u are recivered fully. .
My opinion towards Dr Nishahhnt Sinha is he is good Dr knowing the subject well n asset to Continental Hospitsl

First they said it could be Asthma or TB! After 3 consecutive visits and a new test prescribed every time.. all reported normal. While the tests costed considerable amount, *** ** ***** **** ** **** ***** *** ********
My husband took video consultant of this doctor through continental hospital. We booked around morning 10am and received a call at 5pm. Entire day wasted taking followups. Even after receiving the call, the doctor spoke for 2 mins max asking questions and disconnected the call without listening to any questions/Concerns. Another half an hour went by chasing his secretary that we didnt get full consultation. All this even after paying Rs 900!! So I do not recommend him at all.

Visited Dr. Nishant Sinha due to Breathlessness. After he did the Bronchoscopy and EBUS it was identified as miliary TB. His treatment is simply superb and I am recovering fast.
