more..I have been consulting many Psychologists, I had racing thoughts, severe anxiety, major depression, and just overall never felt normal. I have been full of ups and downs. Roughly 2 years ago, I got sick of going to the wrong Dr.'s and found Rachell. She is a very active and considerate woman. She listens and has all the great qualities that you would want out of a Psychologist, being nervous always, never felt like she was judging me based on any condition I had, and found it has been very easy to work with her. Her assessments and strategic plan to get me back to normal life were extremely powerful and today I am what I am supposed to be so to put it short, she has made me feel perfectly normal with her incredible intellect in her field. It feels great to be me for once. I'm a very happy patient and highly recommend Rachel

I have visited Ms.Rachel in Asha Hospital as part of my chronic Anxiety issues. I felt very calm after meeting her, got some confidence that I could handle the issue. She understood the issue well , She was clear and not giving false promises and encouraged me to follow some tips. Most of the tips she given are very helpful in treating anxiety. One nice thing about her is, instead of preoccupied thoughts and fast judgment she listened my problem patiently and helped me. I have seen her couple of times , every time she has same enthusiasm in trying to help me, thank you Mam. Be blessed to make more life’s joyful.

She goes beyond all duties, gets to understand the patients and family members, and personalizes her treatment plan to each individual. She is incredibly patient, listening to all parts of the patient history and story, and tailors that session to the patient so that the patient walks away feeling incredible. Rachel also has a clinical acumen that sets her apart- her fund of clinical knowledge is excellent, and she’s up to date with the latest clinical studies. I give my highest recommendation to Rachel.
