I have consulted Dr. Papa Rao to discuss my Father's condition post-skin grafting surgery complications. Though the wait time is a bit longer, it's worth waiting. The doctor was a cool, generous, and friendly doctor. He has a lot of patience which is not so common with most of the doctors. I took my mom to the hospital at 23midnight 4 am for her fever and was treated with duty doctor till morning 9 and was waiting for physician and other doctors to seee the condition I explained them each and every single bit but untill 11 there are giving same medication untill they lost mom pulse and next mom oxygen level they immediately 4-5 doctors came inside and doing something and we are waiting for bed in emergency in this critical condition and after going to icu they did the endoscopy and said he said her ulcer and it was blast and she has internal bleeding so they did open surgery and said she is be good operation was success later 1 day they said we need to see how she will fight will all the things on 25 midnight 2am my mom blood pressure was 50 but the duty doctor haven’t done anything like calling superior nothing untill I went to see my mom at 7:40 next few minutes I came to know she is no more *** *** ******* ******* **** *** *** ******* **** *I lost my mom ********* ******* ** ***** **** ** ********* I definitely don’t recommend this hospital

He told us to get admitted in the hospital by faking the WBC count and also we came to know in some days that the beds were free that day hence he got us admitted. The treatment was very expensive and they made us do all the unwanted tests to charge money.

*** ** *** ** *** **** ******* **** * **** *** * My father in law passed away and my mil was in depression and she had health problems and all. Sir took care of her And she is good now. Sir listens to all the patients problems and explains them very nicely .

I took my mother for fever and high BP. They made her admit with out telling any reason saying it looks like viral and needs observation. They made all tests including ********** ***** **** xray to face also. When asked for discharge ** ** *** *** *** *** ******* ****** doctor was adamant to say you guys go on your own and I won't give any medication and reports. We had to stay for 3 days **** *** *** ******* ****** *** they charged us 50k **** ** ****** ********** We forcefully discharged as they kept on doing some tests and telling doc will come tomorrow and tell the reason for issue.

Paid Parking !! ?? Visited him as got Dengue and he directly asked to get admitted, which was fine as it was required however whenever he visited he ******* *** ******* only stating things like your platelets are going down and please arrange donors, never explained the situation, never shared the reports and did multiple tests, when asked to share my reports , He further ******** ** ** saying your platelets are further going down and you need to arrange 6 donors and we will have t shift you to ICU if situation gets bad. FYI..I was having no fever/temp or BP at that time he never explained and wanted me to stay longer so that they can charge whatever they want. Bad Experience!!

had to visit multiple times and wait hours even after taking appointment.

once you visit they write tests.....no medicine prescribed. unless will do the test and comeback no treatment provided.

if we walkin with reports they insist on appointment. if you take an appointment and go....you will still have to wait 2 hours.

He kept us waiting for 5 hrs.. no proper communication on the delay... Every time I ask, they said 30 mins or 45 mins. Came with full fever and they kept us waiting for 5 hrs... Unprofessional.

Worst part is the doctor is not worth the waiting.. the medicines he suggested did not help us at all.

I took my mother an year back with swallowing problem and he is the only doctor who diagnised the problem correctly. (Previously visited multiple docs for the same). With that previous experience and gratitude, we have visited multiple times. He suggests too many tests and medicines. And yesterday's experience was real bad. Without even checking pulse, temperature or BP, he asked us to admit in the hospital.
