So, the journey started by calling "Baby Vaishnavi", announcement of the next number for an appointment. Hello! my name is Vaishnavi Kapre, I had by birth Pancreas problem. My case was little different. I came with my parents as a small baby, I mate 1st time to Dr. Mohan Ramchandani in Asian institute of Gastroenterology, Somajiguda. It's been almost 15 years now. He and Dr. Nageshwar Reddy gave me the proper guidance, treatment like ERCPs . It's almost cured now. He also encouraged me for having proper diet. Dr.Mohan sir is very friendly. The doctor may be clinically competent, but my overall experience was not good due to the following:
1. Long waiting time - I waited over 4 hours for the initial consultation.
2. Limited discussion before tests were prescribed.
3. Endoscopy scheduling - I had to wait until 6 PM IST on an empty stomach, which was quite uncomfortable.
Improving scheduling, communication, and overall administrative coordination would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Visited AIG on 28.12.23 . We went from west Bengal just to get the checkup done properly. After waiting for long hours somehow got to see him, while I think he is the busiest doc, but didn't even bother to check out all reports properly. Just told everything is all right. Did not explain well anything.
We are very disappointed . Luckily on our way we have visited Bangalore , there we got to check **** ****** **** *** *** *** **** *** *** ***** ******* * *** ****** *** ***** * ****** ********* .
We have went to AIG with good expectation, but doc didnt met the same. Will definitely not recommend anyone now* ** ***** ********** ******* ******** ***** *** *** **** ********* *** *************

I am an old patient of Dr Mohan during 2005-2007. On my health issue ,I am reaching Hyderabad AIG on 10th March at 3.00 pm. I request Dr Mohan to spare his valuable time for a discussion/ consultation on my impending health issue relating to my low Protein , very low Albumin and iron content in blood on 10th afternoon.

I heard some great feedback about this AIG hospital but I’m disappointed after consulting Dr. Mohan Ramchandani. 90% of the time he was on his phone during the consultation. ****** ***** ************* ****** *** ******* didn’t even clearly explain what really happened except just 1 line statement. He gave medicine but not really explain the purpose. Another doc Dr. Siddharth gave me 2 scans and 4 tests, I don’t mind doing the tests, but at least explain why I need to do those.
Not really good experience, they have great infrastructure but need Doc. And staffs needs to communicate more.

Very good and expert with dealing the pancreas duct stone problems. It was more helpful otherwise, i went for the surgery. He told no need of surgery for moderate pain in pancreas due to main duct stones at the head of pancreas. its will be done by endotherapitic only ,if there is severe pain.His suggestion is very very helpful for me.
