Dr. M. S. Sushma Susik was very nice and the staff were very cooperative. The treatment was quick and helped me feel relaxed.

Based on practo, we communicated to doctor for an appointment and we reached the place comfortably without any problems. Hoarding boards are advertised at the entrance of the roads, no difficulties in reaching to Brite Smiles Dental Clinic 01/05/2019 Dr. M. S. Sushma Susik.

It's on first floor, lift facilities are available, no worries!

Dr. M.S. Suushma Susik, investigation is excellent explained the patient problems briefly.

Our case was tooth filling, explained prices to patient to choose and I insisted for permanent filling and the pricing charged is equivalent to corporate dental clinics.

Based on her experience, I trusted the doctor & her treatment in clinic is good.

Overall, it's my personal experience to first to know the prices before proceeding for treatment & it's better you should be knowing the current market prices to have a negotiation in case if it's on higher side.

Regarding the tooth filling in tooth's are okay at present but long term reviews will be posted soonest.

Money Charged for the patient treatment, bill is not given & even I forgot to ask due to lack of money *** ** ****** but it was transferred via Google Pay immediately when I came back to home on the same day i.e 1 May 2019.

I visited this dental clinic for treatment and had an excellent experience. The doctor is extremely skilled, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the patient feels comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic is clean, organized, and uses modern equipment. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Been to Brite smiles for scaling and polishing, had bleeding gums since long time, Dr.Sushma explained and educated me on oral health and detailed on root cause of my problem and future maintenance tips,I was very much impressed with treatment and Doctor and specially this detailing and educating patients on their health issues. I used suggested liquid just for 2 days I can feel the results and feel very healthy by following her tips.

I went to doctor for root canal treatment, for which I was suffering with severe pain since a very long period, doctor treated me without pain and stress, I felt very relaxing after having her treatment, gave me detailed description of my teeth status before, after and during the treatment,best part of treatment is having X-ray at every stage of treatment with explanation to patients and attendant on future impacts and precautions to taken after the treatment.

Dr. Sushma is very friendly and have good patience in understanding patients each and every problem.

First of all precautionary measures are taken care 100% coz covid19 situation which made me feel comfortable.Doctor is very humble, patience and listed to the trouble I was facing at 3 places of my teeth. Did a through clinical examination and explained every step clearly. Then did a digital x-ray after my concern and explained in detail about my teeth structure and all in detail. Gave best course of treatment option. Did complete teeth cleaning/deep cleaning with nominal price.After through explanation gave me needed medicine and explained all my questions.I'm very happy with end to end proceedure. Thank you Sushma mam. Note: Even doctor temperature and oxygen saturation reading is taken before treating so there is no fear.

Doctor was not available when i reached the clinic which is very dissapointing. The assistant said that doctor Sushma had gone for an emergency case in some hospital. Since i yad come from considerable distance, i had no option but to allow the assistant to attend the patient. If the doctor had some emergency case, she could have easily conveyed the same to me. This behavior is not expected from such a qualified practitioner.Next time i should double think when booking appointments through Practo. Very bad experience.

Visited Dr. Sushma for a complicated tooth extraction. She is calm and composed and had very nicely explained everything .. It was my first visit to any dentist for Tooth extraction. Was scared about injections too and nervous about the entire procedure...During the entire treatment I did not realize any pain and the doctor explained each step to me in detail, ensured I was not uncomfortable during the treatment.. Post treatment the next day also the dr called up to enquire if all was okay with me...I still have to get the cap treatment completed,, but now I am more relaxed than before... Overall excellent experience. One of the few doctors who is not running after fee and is honest with her diagnosis. Highly qualified with tons of experience.

MY SUGGESTION IS DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

I have gone for the teeth removal for that they charged Rs.1500 for 1 teeth and for X-ray Rs.200 and consulting fee Rs.200 and for Tablets Rs.80 overall I have paid Rs.1980.**** ** **** ** ***** *** **** *** *** *** * ***** ******* ********* ********. The cost is too high. I didn't saw like this hospital and charging like that. I have paid for some reason but how the normal person's can pay..(poor and middle class)

It was really a very appreciative experience I panicked and almost was shivering on the chair doctor didn't treated me as a patient, she took my at most care like a family member , sat beside me gave me courage it was so surprising that my tooth was removed and I didn't knew how it happend : it was like a magic trick and I was waiting for the tooth to be removed but it was already removed , to my surprise it had visited 3 doctors but nothing helped me , guys I really highly recommend this doctor to every one it her experience and ability that I was out of pain and guys believe me it was 200 % painless , I am very thankful to the doctor and team who helped in coming out of pain ............
