I had to undergo k-wire surgery in February 2022 on my left hand near wrist and this was the first time in my entire life where I had undergone a surgery. I approached Mr. Naveen Reddy , Ortho and he made me so comfortable and told me before the surgery that it’s just a small procedure and need not worry.

However, when we went for the removal, they charged us again for the consultation. The doctor kept insisting that I should value his time instead of honoring the prior agreement.
