Dr. Lily Rodrigues

Dr. Lily Rodrigues was good in listening and understanding the patient problems & issue. Even though there was language difference, she was calm enough to find a common ground and understand the problems. She diagnosed the problem and immediately admitted the patient to her clinic. Prescribed tests and medics accordingly and was made sure she visited everyday twice(charges are separate for these visits and NOT FREE) to check on the admitted patient.

One word would be enough to say about Dr Lily-- The Life Saver.

Dr Lily came as a Godsend for me. I am new to the city and less than a week here, I developed chronic rectal pain. I had been treating it remotely with consultations from family doctor thinking it's haemorrhoids, but my condition had only been worsening. I could barely stand, was severely fatigued and couldn't do anything. I found Dr Lily on Practo and went with my gut and visited her along with my mother. Dr immediately understood that what I had was an anal abcess. My mother and I were very scared that I would have to undergo surgery as that is the usual allopathic route, but Dr Lily understood our fears and treated me non surgically. I had to be admitted for 3 days and after those 3 days I was fit to join work. She is very friendly, honest, concerned and understands patients' fears and tries to allay them. I now have to make lifestyle changes to ensure the problem doesn't come back and Dr Lily has guided me for the same. This is a very bad medical problem I developed due to bad lifestyle and I will advise everybody to nab it at the very beginning before it gets worse. Visit Dr Lily without any fears or concerns.

My 74 year old father and 65 year old mother who are diabetic and has fluctuating hypertension had to wait for almost 3hrs and the doctor still dint turn up at the clinic, so we decided not to wait and seen another responsible, caring doctor. it was the same experience with her like almost more than a year ago and we changed to a different doctor, after a thorough thought and this time due to emergency after reading reviews visited the clinic believing she must have changed, but that's not the case unfortunately. This time we made up mind to never visit her nor her clinic. This is my experience and no heart feelings.
