Dr. Lily Rodrigues was good in listening and understanding the patient problems & issue. Even though there was language difference, she was calm enough to find a common ground and understand the problems. She diagnosed the problem and immediately admitted the patient to her clinic. Prescribed tests and medics accordingly and was made sure she visited everyday twice(charges are separate for these visits and NOT FREE) to check on the admitted patient. However, the major problem was with the clinic staffs. Except the head nurse and the medic shop guy, the front office people and other nurses are not at all professional. They are busy chit chatting, watching youtube videos with headphones, playing with mobile devices, making fun of each other. Sometimes not a single nurse was available on an entire floor and we had to rush to other floors to check and ask for help. There is a bell but that doesn't work to call someone. Overall a great doctor to consult and visit but not a great clinic at all. Dr. Lily Rodrigues is highly recommended but DONOT get admitted to the Surakshaka clinic unless you have no other option as its nether professional nor value for money.

One word would be enough to say about Dr Lily-- The Life Saver. I was hospitalised for 5days and treated my dr. Lily with a smile every time on her face which gives some sort of confidence to patients that we are recovering. She treated me in such a way initially i was not so stable so rather than searching for the cause of illness she tried and made me stable then after the challenging part is here she started digging deeper and deeper for the root cause of illness and treated. I highly recommend Dr. Lily A very special thanks for Dr. Lily
