Dr. Lakshmi Ratna M

I visited her for a small lump in the breast. She asked us to take a pelvic scan. She didn’t ask us to go for breast scan so I wanted to consult her. . Her assistance doesn’t give appointment. I have requested an appointment so many times but she doesn’t give. I have been a patient of hers since she was in fernandez and nice hospital. Appointment procedure by her assistant is discouraging in apollo’s cradle as well Ankura. Now I am planning to consult a senior doctor at Fernandez.

When I reached this hospital I was very stressed with my health issue , luckily I got to see Dr. Lakshmi ..I don't know what but there was something really special about this doctor ...may be her divine soul ..I felt so connected ..she is a wonderfull lady ...also I would like to mention Dr .Mytri she was great help ...

I went for pregnancy checkup. It was my 1st trimester going on and after 4 hours of waiting finally my turn came. Dr. Lakshmi said that my uterus size is not normal and ******* ** to have circlage surgery (stitches) the next day ******. **** * *** ****** *** *** ******* *** ********* ***** ** ** *** *** ** *** ***** *** ***** * ****** ** *** **** * ***** **** *** *** ** *** ******* *** ******* *** ******* ** ** ******** That was really very disappointing. Then I visited two more hospitals *** ***** ***** ********** *** ****** *** **** *** ******* **** * ***** **** *** ******* * ** ********* ***** *** ******* **** ****** ******** **** **** ******* ** ***** ** ***** **** ***** ***** *** ******

There are no proper facilities in the hospital, for every major scan (NT, Tiffa ...) They will send you to another new hospital each time. If you are having a pregnancy with diabetes or thyroid, then there will be a specific doctor in a specific hospital with whom you will have to consult.

Dr Lakshmi Rathna is always in a hurry, ***** ****** ********* *** ********* never talks in a polite manner, never listen to what ever you try to express, mostly replies in a rude manner as if she's paying the patients. She never suggests any pregnancy related exercise or diet. She just leaves the room while talking to the junior doctor about the patient and never talks with the patient directly.

There is always a waiting for 3-4 hours minimum every time you come to the hospital for consultation, am asked to have all the tests done (sugar,BP, thyroid,HIV, hepatitis,cue, urine culture,...etc) every month ***** ** *** **** ********* *** **** *** **** **** ******** ** ** **** **** ****** The nurses never respond in a polite manner, they'll never tell you when your number will come to go to consultation and say that I have to sit there only for the entire 4 hours waiting, incase if I say that I have to go for lunch or anything then they will tell you that they are not aware of how much time it will take,if the number comes and you are not available then you'll have to wait for another hour or so.

How is a pregnant woman supposed to be seated at one place without eating continuously for 4-5 hours I don't understand. I am having very bad experience here. Will never suggest anyone about it (the doctor Or the hospital).

60% of the time either you will not get the appointment or the doctor will cancel or postpone it just before your number comes.

After referred by friend, we consulted ankura and surprised to know We have appointment slot after 30 days only. 2-3 days is fine but waiting time 30 days is mind blowing. We just went to have check up, what would be our situation if it is pregnancy emergency. Even her assistants are busy with consultations and there is no specific timings of doctors here, as they come only on your appointment base. We are going to consult laxmi madam, but we are getting treated by her assistants. What is the use of going to ankura. I believe even deleivery will be done by assitants only. As laxmi mam will be always busy or im sure we wont get her appointment on the labour day. Please dont visit ankura for laxmi. Just search for a hosp with regular doctors but not consultant based docs. Ankura is running in name of laxmi but she wont look patients. She is also wrking in apollo cradle at the same time

Ankura Hospital Mehdipatnam branch. I seek for Dr Laxmi Ratna appointment. After 3days I got her appointment. But she is very busy with meetings , her assistant also not lifting phone calls for suggestions. No one can explain me how to take the proscribed medicine. 3 days over still I am ringing Dr. Laxmi Ratna assistant, but no use. She didn't lift my phone. I strongly recommend the public don't go for any emergency. No one can care you. Just they are wasting your time. Even no one attend your problem. I was suggested by my friend to visit Dr. Laxmi Ratna as she is ver experienced doctor., but she is very busy. Might be she is experienced but I don't get anything. Wasting of money and time.

we went to nice hospital for 3 visits and all the 3 times we made to wait for 3+ hours due the poor time management of staff. Doctor associates wont give a proper response for our query always they say madam is attending emergency you have to wait for few more hours. i can confidently say that this is the one of my bitter experience in my life time.

If you guys are ready to spend 3 hours you may opt this hospital, for their delay if we want to leave with out meeting doctor then also they wont refund our money once you paid then it went into Hundi :)

Its not worth to pay 500 n wait for 3 hours n talk to doctor 5 mins.

There are lot of choices to us in medical world hence i suggest before visiting do proper check.

One more point they wont inform their fees for scanning n hysterectomy once we reach there they charge 30k n force us to pay as the appointment is booked.

Poor professionals n doesn't have polite nature to staff. doesn't know meaning of appointment .

I feel blessed to have found Dr. Lakshmi Ratna Ma'am. Highly experienced. She is very supportive, patient & polite. I had 2 normal deliveries under her guidance. Have chosen Ankura hospital only for Dr.Lakshmi Ratna ma'am. I'm very much thankful to her & her team of assistants.

Visited Dr. Lakshmi Ratna for a gynec issues. She is very friendly, patiently listened to my problem and suggested what needs to be done along with reasons. She made sure I understood what was being told. I totally trust her to take care of my health issues.

My daughter suddenly started heavy bleeding.i called ankura hospital because dr Laxmi Ratna working in this hospital, she is my previous doctor

Assistant doctor she advise me to visit immediately and explain my problem to Receptionist they will help me be

cause I didn't get appointment today it's full

So I visited Receptionist and explained her situation they help me lot and with in one hour I went to meet doctor.such a kind and help full Receptionists there.

Dr Laxmi Ratna really great doctor, iam always thank full to her, I know her from Fernandez hospital
