Finally, with a colleague's reference, visited Dr Kundan. He listened to my issues. Performed physical tests and suspected a quadriceps tendon tear. I was advised to get MRI which showed a partial tear in quadriceps tendon.

He prescribed PRP stem cell injection.

Got the treatment done.

After 2 months of rehab, I'm back to training for sports
