I am marathon runner participated in several 10k's and half marathons but unfortunately I met with an accident 10 months back where my left leg talus is dislocated and I am not sure if i am able to walk or not in future but Kirti Sir did my surgery on mid night of my accident day and provide a lot support and guidance for my speedy recovery. Sir I do remember one word you said: do hard exercise and even if it hurts don't bother, that keeps reminding me always to go for harder exercises and now I am able to run 5k without stopping and this is a great achievement in my life. With the same confidence I can do 10k next year, Thanks a lot for your astonishing support.

This is Praveena from Lingampalli, Hyderabad. I am suffering with avascular necrosis of both hip joints since 2016. I had severe pain.
